Did not like the change from what was a buffet...included with reservation to a short menu with a $10 credit. This led to a problem with our reservation and management is aware of this.

Original accommodations had quality issues. Broken bed in my sons room. Electrical outlets not working in my one bedroom. As a result management issued a credit to my son and up graded his room. Up graded my room to a very nice suite. Luggage racks should be in the parking area when we arrive. shouldn't have to go up to the main lobby to get one and then go back to the parking to load luggage etc.

Austin the front desk manager, working with his manger helped us upgrade to a great room. He so went out of his way to make sure we were happy. We can not thank him enough! The Resort saved our 2 day much needed vacation!

We originally were booked in a studio and the mattress didn't have a box spring, it was on weak slates, it was sloping and squeeked terribly every little turn. Not ok for middle aged people paying a nice price for a room.

breakfast was ok, it was nice that it was included but would not have paid the price it was.....the staff was nice and the shuttle service was excellent for getting back to resort while in town. Also having the gondola on site was a huge advantage to get into town... The pool and hot tub area was really nice.

I thought it was weird there was no dresser to put clothes in, so that was a little inconvienent......the fact the bed doesn't face the tv is not ideal....and finally there was no bar/restaurant open for guests after 5pm which would be nice.........these were not things that were a huge deal but things that were not ideal

I really liked the private patio. I liked that it was close to the adventure park and activities on the mountain. I enjoyed the shuttle service that brought us into town and back to the resort.

The onsite restaurant or bar had really confusing hours and never appeared open, was also a bit pricey. However close restaurants and bars were within walking distance. The beds were not that comfortable.

The hotel's amenities are phenomenal. It has easy access to all the mountain activities, plus so many options for getting into town quickly and without needing your car (gondola, free shuttle, and a private driver). It made everything so easy.

The ski valet service and the view make this place spectacular. The food in general in breck is great, but the resto could be a little more serious on site. So comfortable. Easy. We will be back.

Breakfast was nice, with several options, accommodating varied dietary needs, which was appreciated. The location was excellent, with easy access to the Breckenridge Gondola, and excellent views.

The front desk staff were great, but I feel like they were short-handed. I understand it was the off season, but a single attendant is being asked to handle multiple responsibilities. The pool table pockets were broken. Not a big deal, but something we noticed.

The breakfast had good choices. Apartment had everything you could imagine. Location was perfect at the bottom of the mountain. Free shuttle to take you places. Free parking. Bowling lane at resort was fun.

The hot breakfast was cold. Construction outside our balcony facing the slope side was loud beginning at 7:00 every morning. Pillows in beds were too big and hard.

Right behind this hotel you have all attractions ( gondola, chairlifts, slides, coaster). View from a balcony is amazing!!! Hot tub, swimming pool, saunas also have made our trip so good!! We have enjoyed this hotel!

What wasn't there not to like? The place was beautiful. The staff was super professional and nice. I loved the huge fireplace as you walk into the lobby. The pool table and bowling alley were over the top.
