Our stay at the Hotel Bergland was absolutely delightful. The setting was ideal for a relaxing stay... peaceful, lovely views, and it offered everything we needed. The half board menu offerings were outstanding... Chef inspired and filling. Breakfast offered fresh fruit, two types of eggs, and hot meats, a variety of baked goods, and much more.. The entire staff was extremely kind and there for you as needed. Pertisau is a hidden gem, as is this hotel... We stayed for a week and I could have stayed for a month. I can't give this hotel a high enough rating... wonderful.

The place is very cosy and the staff is great! Everybody very kind and attentive. The dinner has a very good price, compared to what it offers ( which is a wealthy dinner!). The view from the rooms is great!, you have lake and mountain all over the place and relaxing is guaranteed! The girls from the cleaning staff were so lovely with us and our child, made our days happier!

Unfortunately the pillows are not so comfortable and there could be a mini fridge. Also there is not a control of the heating inside the room, so for two nights we felt like we were boiling there.

The hotel reception area and restaurant are lovely - very traditional Tirolean. We had a standard double room that had an extra space for sitting - lovely. The bed was very comfy and the room was very clean. Dinner and breakfast was delicious and the service was super. We had a view of the lake and the mountains which was fabulous.

One of the balcony chairs was damaged and not suitable for sitting on.

Everything was really good. This was a bit over my usual budget but for a special occasion it's totally worth it. The location is amazing and so is everything in the building.

Some of the restaurant staff did not speak English so there was some confusion when they told us we can't sit where we wanted, but everything was sorted when someone who speaks English came in.

The room was lovely with a lake view and balcony. It was perfect for the solo traveller and the staff were most concerned for the health and welfare of their guests. The breakfast was a great spread and the evening meal was very reasonable in price if you wanted to stay in.

Staff are very friendly. They go above and beyond to help. Hotel is very clean and the location is very good. Restaurant provides very delicious food. All and all is great

I loved the location where it is and the inside of the hotel is in wooden style. very pretty and romantic. one night was not enough!

the room was nice but the only thing what I did not liked is to find hair or dust in a room where you pay not less. I wouldn’t say it’s costly for what you get there but specially in the room you stay it should be clean.
