Very friendly staff. The pool was a pleasant extra. Breakfast was very basic, but much better than the expected "one croissant with coffee" assumed after reading comments 🙂.. Excellent location between the town / bubbling sea bath and the crater.

An electric kettle or some basic coffee machine in the room would be a pleasant addition.

I stayed at hotel Aura with my family and We liked this accommodation very much. Location was perfect, only 10 minutes walking to the centre and to the beach. Premises were well kept and cleaned. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and attentive.

good location, easy to reach by foot from port, easy access to volcano and beaches, quiet, beautiful view from the pool area, friendly staff, basic but good breakfast

slightly annoying that the TV has to be switched on to be able to use wifi / pool could be a bit cleaner

The swimming pool was the best part it could be nice and quiet when large families aren’t dominating it and allowing their children to runabout diving into the pool. It’s sat right under the volcano and is a very beautiful pool.

Very loud at night. Families making no effort to respect other guests and bring quiet as they walk through the halls. Te bed wasn’t very comfortable and there was one very flat limp pillow.

The desk staff were courteous, and the pool area was a great feature!

The rooms were not clean, and neither were the bed linens or furniture. The beds only have a sheet, no blanket. The bathrooms had no bar soap, and when we asked, we were given shampoo pouches.
