It was very conveniently located for the purpose of our stay very nice staff comfortable and clean rooms!!

The only thing I would say I maybe didn’t like which wasn’t really a big deal was the heater/air conditioning machine we tried to turn it on in the middle of the night because it was so hot and we didn’t wanna leave the window open but it was so noisy. We had to turn it off and just open the window, but that wasn’t a big deal at all. I would still stay here, but that machine was so noisy so in the winter time and you wanna heat the room that would not work for me, but it worked just fine during the summer to open the window.

We were very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of our room and the great location to the ferry. We had stayed the previous night at a hotel on Orcus Island, paid double the price of Sunrise and the room on Orcus was stained and dirty with well worn furniture. When we arrived at Sunrise the room had stylish furnishings and not only looked clean but smelled pleasant. The room was a tad small but I'll opt for clean over size any time!

Even though it’s a small town its location right in the centre of the Main Street made it a very convenient location. The room we stayed in was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a stay with 2 young children like fridge/ freezer, microwave (a kettle would have being a nice convenience) the staff were welcoming and helpful. For those who like watching cable; their channel selection was one of the most comprehensive selections I have encountered with stays in motels/ inns around!

Very minimal complaints other than the carpet being a little dirty from lots of foot traffic one would imagine; I personally always feel a hard floor surface is nicer. Everything else in the room was very clean and well Presented.

Quiet hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, and spacious room. Owners were very accommodating of a late check-in. Having a toaster in the kitchenette room was an unexpected bonus for the breakfast we had packed. Location is great with several restaurants (including bagel & coffee shop) nearby.

We learned a day before traveling that our room had been changed from our original booking of a double queen to a king--we only found out because I was confirming a late check-in. However, they not only immediately corrected it back to a double queen but also upgraded us to a room with a kitchenette which was more than generous. So in the end we really have no complaints and customer service was great.

Location & cleanliness.

1. We had to request cups and glasses. 2. Parking instructions were confusing, and a map was provided but not explained the stalls were not assigned. 3. Male manager was quick to offer to cancel our reservation at 4:30 pm. 4. Air conditioning was too noisy to run while trying to sleep, then room was too warm to be comfortable when turned off. I did NOT get a full restful sleep.

The staff was friendly, the room was very clean and we could not hear any of our neighbors. The in-room coffee maker was perfect and we appreciated the in-room fridge/freezer. Since this was a business trip and we started our days early, the home like amenities were a good start. Parking was easy. The plus was getting a slight glimpse the water from the property.

The stay was a little pricey, but it was a nice hotel on a busy art festival weekend.

The room was nice and clean, bed was cozy. We don't require much else. We noticed that the cameras that are mounted to the office building for the parking lot also appear to be pointing at the windows of the building we were in. We had to leave the shades closed. There was also something mounted to the ceiling over the bed that had holes in it. There was already a smoke detector so I didn't like it. It should have a label so folks like me don't go down the rabbit hole of things it could possibly be. Both of these things made us a little uncomfortable.

This was a clean, well-stocked, comfortable room. We utilized the "sitting room" with views of the water a few times, and it was much appreciated. The location was quiet but also walking distance to coffee shops.

I always appreciate an elevator but understand why smaller hotels do not provide one.

Very clean, nice size room, very quiet. Easy walk to the water and town.

No one in the office when the hair dryer was not working

Very comfortable accommodation, efficient check-in, very modern, our car was right off the room. Check out was easy. I received a text to let them know when I'd checked out.

I received a text with a very convoluted check-in notification that wasn't necessary.
