Beautiful location, lovely food & ski in, ski out. The staff did their best to speak English to us. Spa was really lovely & relaxing. The ski area is great, with brilliant facilities & breathtaking views. Please try the duck / steak on the menu. If you find it on resort, please try the plum brandy!

There didn’t seem a way to get our luggage to the carpark without either going through the other sister hotel, with multiple steps, or going up the multiple steps at the front of this hotel. It made lugging heavy suitcases a problem for us.

I really liked the staff, they were very helpful and accommodating. The room was large and clean and came with a balcony (we received a free upgrade on arrival, which was a very pleasant surprise). The room service was also on point. Overall, I would definitely visit again, next time during the winter months. The hotel is really well-placed if you are interested in hiking in the summer or skiing/snowboarding in the winter.

The restaurant and sauna were located in an adjacent hotel. This wasn't much of a problem since there is a passage connecting the two buildings in case of bad weather, but I just thought it worthy of mention.

I had an amazing stay at Ana Sport Bradu Hotel! Everything was exceptional, from the delicious breakfast to the relaxing spa area. The outdoor jacuzzi was a particular highlight, offering a perfect place to unwind with a stunning view. My room also had a beautiful view that made the stay even more special. The dining experience at the Altitude restaurant was fantastic—highly recommend the tuna filet and duck breast, which were both cooked to perfection. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation and quality!

All the hotel facilities were clean and of high quality - a large SPA, tasty breakfast, large rooms, a modern restaurant, and a fancy lobby. The breakfast is varied, offering cold and hot snacks, fruits, and coffee from coffee machines, with the option to pay extra for even higher-quality coffee or food. Except for an odd interaction on the check-out day, the hotel staff has been AMAZING - friendly, helpful and respectful, always available around the hotel. In conclusion, the experience was great for us, I would return for a relaxing weekend and would recommend it to other people.

There was an odd experience on the last day - we requested a late checkout the day before to use the SPA for a few more hours. It was a surprise to come to the room afterwards and find out that our access cards were disabled. The reception staff first explained it as something along the lines of "We saw you still had a balance on the room and we were afraid you would leave without paying", which felt disrespectful. Later, when I went to ask for an explanation, I was told by a different member of staff that "All cards get disabled at midday regardless of a late checkout time" which, put in the context of the first explanation, sounded like a made-up excuse to cover-up for their colleague.

I had a wonderful experience at Ana Hotel -Bradul. We receive a complementary room upgrade due to low occupancy 😊The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a very comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent and I also enjoyed the on-site facilities, especially the pool and spa, which were clean and well-maintained.

If you want to use spa and gym is better to stay at Ana Sport Hotel .

Location, facilities

I didn’t like the attitude of some staff from restaurant. They judge you based on your cloths and if you didn’t look rich they didn’t treat you well, meaning you have to wait until they bring you the menu, or until they come to take your order, or when they brought us the water they didn’t open it, so you have to open it by yourself…and this is sad that not the guests are treated equally.

Cozy place, with really nice staff - much love for the man from the breakfast (i think he was the manager) - really professional and warm and much helpful.

I did have an unpleasant and utterly terrible experience with a cleaner from said hotel that made some really inappropriate and creepy remarks with s*xual implications to my partner which i find totally unacceptable. But, every person is responsible for it’s own actions and we strongly believe that the hotel is not responsible for such encounter but maybe they should look into it .

We like the location, close to the mountains, quiet and peaceful , probably the best location for skiing în Poiana Brașov. We also love the food, the pool area which is very beautiful and the staff is nice. I particularly like to mention that the staff from the restaurant is very attentive and they cooked a special pasta dish for our daughter accommodating her many allergies.

The size of the room is bit small, but it’s ok for a few days, it wasn’t that much of an inconvenience

The spa is situated in a different hotel, which makes it quite uncomfortable to walk through the main restaurant in your robe. This restaurant operates from 7 AM to midnight. PS- Additionally, across the hotel's ski point, there is a fast food stop. It's important to note that the owner of this establishment is unpleasant and rude, often making fun of international guests.

Facility and surrounding area was gorgeous. The amenities were awesome (super cool pool). Breakfast was great.

Staff was kind but essentially useless. They couldn't answer any questions about almost anything. No AC so it got too hot in the room. A pain to get into Brasov if you don't have your own car
