Devine Hotel, is an absolute gem, nicely tucked away in the city. The staff gave me the warmest welcome, as they greeted me when I arrived and were impeccably polite and friendly throughout my stay. The food is delicious too and cooked in the open air restaurant, beautifully furnished and with a fantastic painted landscape of Everest, covering a whole wall between the Hotel and restaurant. I will most certainly be staying at Divine, when I visit Nepal next time.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. The approach they give is in top level. I recommend this hotel and looking forward to see this place again. A very lovely and homey hotel. We used hotel's transfer to and back to the airport, all good. Modern and clean hotel, right on the edge of Tamel - close to walk, far from the night bars noises so we were able to access all main sightseeing's by walk. The bed: they do have one of the best mattress softens, we enjoyed it. The room and shower is good, not the Hilton but absolutely ok. Important: They do have airconditioning with "Heating" mode - it is rear in Kathmandu and help a lot during cold nights. Hotel has a swimming pool, not actual in December due to cold weather but we walked every morning to the rooftop to see the beautiful view of the city, mountains and some temples's tops. Breakfast: Not a big variety but everything was delicious. Some international dishes as well as local, which we always ate and everyday they offered something different. Staff: Very lovely personal, with a customer oriented attitude. Had small incident and it was resolved very quickly with the manager(maybe even owner) involvement who was always around and asking if all is good every day. Thank you for you hospitality. A little bit of the noise isolation from the outside.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredible, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly stood out. The rooftop pool was a highlight—stunning views of the city and a perfect spot to relax and sunbathe. The restaurant food was excellent, from the delicious free breakfast to the amazing restaurant atmosphere and room service. Every meal we had was top-notch. They also arranged airport pickup and drop-off, which made our travels so much smoother. Overall, an exceptional stay—I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

Booked 3 nights but loved our stay so much that we booked an extra 2 nights before heading on our Everest Base Camp trek. The hotel manager and all the staff were incredible and they all went out of their way to take such good care of us. They also organised a tour of Kathmandu at a reasonable price. The breakfast was the best I've ever had and having the sauna and pool on the rooftop was amazing. The hotel was so clean and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet street but close to all the action in Thamel. Booked another night when we return and will definitely stay again

Amazing hotel, with the sweetest staff. My friend and I stayed here pretty much for our whole holiday, while we actually planned not to. We booked the hotel as a nice place for us to start of our holiday and we were planning to book some hostels after to meet people and stay for cheap etc. But the vibe, the room, pool and definitly the staff was so nice that we actually booked extra. Even after going to Chitwan and EBC they were so kind to reserve us a room and make place for us. The hotel is litterly on the edge of thamel, but its hidden behind some buildings, which is very nice cause within a sec you're in thamel, but also because of the positioning of the building you don't hear much of the hectic of the city. I would really recommend this hotel!

My five-day stay went great mostly thanks to the efforts of the manager who really accommodated every need that arose. I appreciate the care and assistance during my stay and it was instrumental in my enjoying the trip. This attention really overrides all the small issues here and there. The manager really knows how to work with clients. The front desk staff, the housekeeping staff were always accommodating and nice. I was expecting breakfast to be the same every day but the diversity of options truly surprised. Omlette station was an amazing addition and western options (especially the porridge) were most appreciated. The bed was very large and comfortable. There is even a balcony. The location is amazing. For a three-star hotel this is definitely a great deal. I would totally recommend!

Hot water issues exist all over Kathmandu so this is not unique to this hotel. Similarly the electricity outage (twice I had cut electricity when in the lift, it was scary, but the lift brought me back to my floor, so all good). I would probably update the towels because they all look tired and worn out (grey and old). Carpets in the rooms would benefit from vacuum cleaning. Some kitchen staff need better English training because communicating the order could be a challenge. But overall I think the pros outweigh the cons and I would definitely say that I enjoyed my stay there, and if I am back, I would definitely book again.

It was Flawless nothing was unwelcoming it almost felt like my second home the staff made our stay way better by guiding us to the best tourist spots. Their behaviour was so nice i have never ever witnessed such good behaviour in any other hotels.

Outstanding features were the friendly, attentive staff. My wife and I really enjoyed the lunches we ate there, with complements to the kitchen and good menu choices. We loved our daily cappuchinos of top barista standards. Who would not be impressed by the rooftop pool and fabulous view. And what a great location that allows you to become immersed in the tourist vibe and in comfortable walking distance to many attractions in Kathmandu! Thanks to all the staff who made us feel welcomed. We were well looked after 🙏

There was nothing we didn't enjoy or appreciate from this surprisingly delightful boutique hotel.

I found the staffs were approachable, friendly and very reliable. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. The room was warmed up with AC, and was very comfortable and relaxing. On the day of arrival, we were approached by a friendly staff and explained about hot water which took few minutes to run through the pipes. I did not find any issue on hot water. Once, the hot was available through shower head, there was no issue. The hotel is at the quiet location and close to Thamel. I found it close access to new road, Darbar margar and Thamel, which are one of the tourist destination in Kathmandu. The foods were tasty, cooked very well and healthy with right amount of oil, salt and sugar. There were plenty of salads. The breakfast had different choices and suitable for Vegan.
