I recently stayed at Hotel Bihani for just one day, and even though I arrived before the check-in time, I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently they managed to accommodate me early. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, especially when it came to arranging taxis multiple times without any hesitation. The room was impeccably clean, and the hospitality of the staff stood out—they were incredibly polite and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again whenever I return to Kathmandu. The location is fantastic, and the people are warm and hospitable. A solid 10/10 to the Bihani team!

The staff were incredibly warm & welcoming, they offered so much assistance & guidance in such a family like way and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The rooms were spotless, the advertised facilities spot on. You really feel like a part of the culture instead of a "western like" seperation vibe that you get from upmarket international hotels. I can definitely recommend here, especially if you are keen to live the culture and not to just watch it. Their attached restaurant has some beautiful meals at insanely cheap prices, which they will happily bring up to your room. They also brought my luggage up & down so I didn't have to worry about it.

The only time I could get hot water from the shower was in the middle of the day, which in Kathmandu, in the middle of summer is not exactly when I want a hot shower. However it was a minor inconvenience that I happily lived with. The other thing is the stairs, downside is that I was on the 4th floor... upside I got more cardio workout in 4 days than I have ever done in 44 years, but hey, it's good for you.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The hostel was delightful, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. What truly stood out was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. SONA, in particular, she deserves a special mention. Her unwavering support and assistance made my stay all the more memorable. She went above and beyond, ensuring every aspect of my visit was comfortable and stress-free. Her genuine care and attention to detail truly made a difference. The ambiance of the Rooms was fantastic, providing a cozy relax after stress of alot of challenges with money transfers. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness was commendable. I can’t recommend this place enough. I liked everything about hotel bihani. Mainly staff and location. The location of this hotel is just more than amazing as it is located at the center of the thamel where we could get easy access to resturants, groceries and club. Hospitality of hotel bihani amazed me as the staffs were really friendly and helpful, even though its my first stay at this hotel, i felt like a home. i will visit this hotel everytime i come back to nepal forsure and gonna recommend it to everyone, Highly recommended. one of the best hotel i ever stayed. 5\5 star to this amazing hotel bihani.

The location of hotel Bihani is in the heart of Thamel, perfect for walking to great restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was great and the staff was always very helpful and kind.

The rooms can be a bit noisy at night. There was a festival for several days during our stay so that may have contributed to some of the extra noise in the area.

The behaviour of the staff and manager was very nice. The conversation about staying in Nepal was interesting. And the location of the hotel at the center of Thamel was another value adding fact. Also the facility to keep luggages were a great help.

Overall it was nice. But toiletries they provided was for one person, no mat on the floor, no sliper in washroom and room. Though, during checkout maneger/ owner was sorry and mentioned if we told before they would rectify. It was unintentional mistake.
