The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was good. Easy access to get in and out of the parking lot, plenty of parking.

I didn't like the fact that there was no safe in the room. I am not placing blame on this property but my son left his apple watch in the room on the counter by the sink one day when we were out and somehow the watch came up missing. I checked with the front desk to see if it had been turned in by housekeeping and it had been sometime between the night before we were to leave (when I called front desk) to ask if it has been turned in and when we checked out the next morning. Thankfully, the front desk had it. It was just strange that it disappeared from the room to begin with.

Room was good size. Spa tub was great! Bed was comfortable.

The bathroom has no privacy. The door is on the main entrance to the bathroom and the toilet is in the open. So hope you don't mind spouse seeing you do everything. The tub is in HUGE need of slip resistant stickers and grab bar inside the tub walls. They have one but it is OUTSIDE the tub that does not help. I almost slipped in the tub because the bottom is so slick then you add soap on top of that. Not good! They also need more than one elevator!!! The room lighting was not great. You have spotlight reading lights that are not enough light, and if you turn on the big light it is like being in the sun.

I love sliding barn doors, but not on the bathroom door. It's open on both sides of it. That was awkward and I've been married for twenty years!

Sorry, I reversed these. Great location. Great breakfast! Nicely decorated and updated! The manager that was there on Saturday morning, march 18th was the nicest person we've ever had the pleasure of meeting!

Very comfortable bed, whirlpool tub was amazing! Very large room and loved the balcony although it was too cold to enjoy it much when we were there. Everything worked and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always good, and coffee available downstairs 24/7 was a definite plus for me! Would stay here again but with a better view next time!

Helicopter place next door hindered our nice mountain view. Not enough seating at breakfast area when it was busy.

Love the location, the atmosphere, everything smelled clean in lobby and room. Staff were very courteous. The room was so cozy and clean. Chairs by fireplace could be changed for more comfort. Love the fireplace. Bed was very comfortable. Love the lighting and usb jacks at bedside. The balconies were great! Our spa tub jets didn’t work and they sent someone up to check it out. They couldn’t fix it that night but did give a partial refund. We definitely would stay again!

The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. I appreciated all the extra touches- a microwave, coffee maker, huge TV with all the good channels... they even had a steamer which came in handy when getting ready for the wedding. No mold or mildew, weird smells, or stains like some value hotels. Our beds were very comfortable, and the balcony was really nice to start the morning off on. The breakfast was AMAZING- way beyond our expectations for a free hotel breakfast. They had waffles, sausage gravy, biscuits, eggs, breakfast meats, a nice selection of juices, coffee, Danishes, bagels, fruit... they even had dairy-free coffee creamer. The lobby also had a grab and go selection of snacks, microwave meals, waters, and sodas. The convenience of the location can't be beat- within walking distance to several main attractions like the WonderWorks museum. We were really happily surprised with the quality of our stay, especially for the price. 10/10 would recommend.

Bed was clean, balcony, smelled clean, heated pool, free breakfast, parking on site. I gave an 8 rating because I have stayed at far worse, however I am more critical to a corporate hotel, listed in dislikes.

There was coffee stains on wall, a booger on bathroom wall, what appeared to be candy stuck to porch. Maintenance team trys to fix things, but not correctly. The bathroom sink cabinet was broken, the towel rack was broken, the charger on wall was broken, the draw in night stand was missing, and a broken panel with exposed wires. Light was out when you first walked into room.

I liked everything about this hotel: the location was very convenient for our activities the place was clean and kept clean with new towels being brought each day as well as replenishing the complimentary toiletries daily. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was good, fresh and warm each day with a good variety of options. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

The elevator broke during our stay which was an inconvenience to all but the staff handled it with admirable precision.
