Our stay at the hotel totally exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed — the special note and gift in our spacious, stylishly decorated room were such a thoughtful touch. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our entire stay. The food was exceptional, made with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, many of which were produced at the hotel’s own farm. Every meal was a true delight. The hotel is the perfect place to unwind and relax, whether you're enjoying the peaceful spa or spending time in the beautiful garden.

It was too short stay -there’s just not enough time to fully enjoy this amazing hotel.

We are a couple travelling with our little dog, and we absolutely loved our stay. Communication was smooth from the start, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful—just like the restaurant staff, who were clearly passionate about what they do. It’s also very clear that dogs are truly welcome here, pampered with thoughtful amenities in the room, plenty of space to explore—including the beautiful gardens and chestnut tree trail—and even a Dog Care Station complete with brushes and supplies for our furry companions. We opted for the Halbpension, and the dinner was fantastic, paired with an excellent selection of regional wines. The sauna and pool garden made for a wonderfully relaxing experience. Don’t miss the special blue eggs from their farm at breakfast—they’re a real treat! This place truly understands what hospitality means. This is the last day of our trip, and staying here completely made up for the disappointing experience we had at the start of our 9-day journey at Der Walzl in Igls. We will definitely be back—and next time, we’ll try their Michelin-starred restaurant, Einhorn!

If I had to mention one minor drawback, it would be the sound of traffic from our room. As a light sleeper, I still managed to sleep through the night with the window half-opened.

Very pleasant stay, excellent food and very friendly staff. Spa area is very nice and clean. Ski bus and bus pass very nice to have and ski resort big enough for a few days, easily reachable in less than 15 minutes bus drive.

Massages at the SPA restricted to a few days only, which unfortunately did not match with our agenda. Next time would book in advance.

Recommend you get an electrician to link a switch to a light and label the switch ! We couldn’t switch lights o ff and spent too much time with reception staff trying to work out what was going on Anyway, a good stay as the rating confirms.

Very nice romantic atmosphere. Retro style furniture. Great breakfast and restaurant! Very good SPA , swimming pool with great view and terrace. Friendly staff.

Very nice waitresses and delicious food. There is a buffet which fulfills all our needs. The staff is very friendly and even gave us a free bus ticket to go back home. Can only recommend!

Very friendly staff, two excellent restaurants, one with two Michelin stars which uses local produce to conjure up an amazing menu. Complete and well-designed wellness area. Free e-car charging.

Hotel Stafler is a very nice and excellent hotel, with fantastic food and service and a beautiful swimming pool and spa. It is always a pleasure to return to this address.
