The staff were friendly and helpful. We were travelling with our dog. On our arrival, there was a dog bed and dog bowl set ready for our dog. The spa was very nice and clean. The hotel interior was beautiful.

Even though you could ask for a pillow of your choice, which was fantastic, the bed was sadly not comfortable to our taste. It was way too soft. Having a small tea/coffee setup in the room would have been great. One thing I missed at the spa was some salt for the foot bath, which was not a big deal at all, but it would have made the spa experience even better!

Location was great! Staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English ( far better than my German). Altogether a very enjoyable stay.

WiFi was a bit hit and miss with poor reception in my particular room. Lucky that I had free EU coverage with my contract. Pity we couldn't book a parking space, there were several local multistorey parking places within a short walk, but it would have been better if we could have parked at the hotel.

The reception staff were the best we have met for a long time. Welcoming, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, they even anticipated our needs. Location near the middle of Muenster. Parking on-site. Whenever it was last upgraded/decorated, it was done with the best possible materials. It looked new. Pieces of period furniture and wonderfull lighting. Excellent room with plenty of hanging and shelf space. Large bed. Bathtub in the bathroom. Fridge. Large TV with English language programs. Breakfast very good. Buffet cooked food much better than usual. Restaurant staff very helpful and welcoming. When in Muenster you should stay here.

Pity that they only have one slow lift. On two occasions got the last space in the main car park, although there is another small car park over the road

Breakfast was super - much better than I had expected. Superb selection of food. Reception staff very helpful. Rooms were clean. Windows provided excellent sound insulation - I heard no traffic noise from the street outside

Bed was a little bit soft Room was small but very well appointed and had everything I needed. Air con didn't work, but room was still comfortable.

- In exchange for not having room service, the hotel offered two free drinks (either in the bar or for in the room). Since we only stayed for two nights, this was a nice option. - The room was quite spacious (we had a free upgrade to a deluxe room).

- The main complaint we had was the WiFi stability. In the bed room the WiFi would keep disconnecting every few minutes, making it impossible to watch any videos. - The bed was missing some bigger cushions, due which you could not really sit up in the bed. The bed also had a big gap in the middle. - The room did not provide any coffee or tea, only a bottle of water. - The check-in time is a little bit late, from 15:00. We could not check in earlier as the room was not ready yet. However in most hotels you can check-in at 14:00.

Really close to Munster station and in easy reach of centre. Reception areas are lovely and sauna/spa areas were peaceful and very relaxing after a full day of walking. Staff at the hotel are very helpful. Beds were very comfortable.

Room was functional but a lot smaller than expected even though this was meant to be an upgraded room. The bathroom was very small, with a faulty shower. Breakfast was adequate on the one day we ate at the hotel but is definitely over priced.

Location of property is excellent. Very good breakfast in a very nice setting. Lovely helpful staff.

There was no kettle and cups in the room. However a kettle and cups were provided when we asked for it. Housekeeping took the cups each day for cleaning and we had to continue to ask for them. It would be nice to not have to ask each day.

Very central, just across the street from the central train station. Good room size. Exceptional staff. We went to Münster to enjoy both the city and the countryside and brought our own bicycles. The hotel did everything to make our stay as enjoyable as it could get, provided a safe space for us to leave our bikes at.

Some (absolute minor) things are a bit outdated. Like the elevator built in the 50s sometimes has a hard time remembering at which level it is or the yellowish telephone next to the bed where everyone would expect a power outlet.

Friendly staff, everything in the room was both clean, unbroken/undamaged and functioning as expected. E.g. - the showerhead stayed in position - switching from bath to shower and vice versa worked without leaking - Not a dusty room - Spa area is an actual Spa area with baths, multiple sauna's and a steam room and not a two person heated room with a shower next to it.

The free to use lockers in spa area could use a note on how to use them, similar to lockers in your room.

The location was brilliant right opposite the train station and ideal to nip to get a coffee or some breakfast elsewhere. The best part was going to Starbucks 5 minutes across the road.

Unfortunately myself, my partner and my dad & step mum wasn't going to pay nearly €20 a day for breakfast. It simply just wasn't justifiable for us to afford to do that. We was under the impression breakfast was included in our bookings. The room could have done with some more pillows for the bed, but I know I should have asked at reception. I don't understand why there is never any tea/coffee making facilities in any German or Dutch hotels which should always be a necessity in all hotels. It's just more convenient and refreshing to have those options in all bedrooms.
