Hotel Villamare is a very nice place to stay. Super friendly personal, nice rooms, good service and a very beautyful garden. The sea is litterally two minutes away. The taxi services they provide have the best prices in the region. So go for it, you won't regret this Booking. The only negative point i saw was that you can't bring beverages in the hotel. I understand this for alcohol, but think, to bring waterbottles should be accepted. I give it still a 5/5! Grazie!

Everything was wonderful! The hotel is very close to the beach, the territory is extremely clean and surrounded by lots of greenery, flowers, and fruit trees – even mangoes and passion fruit grow right in front of the balcony. It feels very pleasant to sit there and enjoy the atmosphere. The room was beautiful, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff kindly served fresh coffee every morning.

In October, it can be a bit chilly to sit outside for breakfast early in the morning

Beautiful grounds, well kept, with a resort feel.So close to accessible public beach too! Very friendly, professional staff who go out of their way to ensure you are happy. Very spacious room and terrace (lwe were upgraded!!) Very lush and modern decor. We loved our suite! Felt like home away from home. Breakfasts were plentiful and superb, we looked forward to them. Pool was lovely and pool shower hot and strong!! Kudos to Villamare . Wonderful stay in lovely Fontane Bianche with a close walk to 2 good restaurants as well as bars and bus stops to get to Siracusa

Nothing, was a great stay

We had a comfortable room towards the front of the hotel with a balcony overlooking the carpark. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Access to the beach is good and the pool area is really nicely done with some very lovely planting, which is quite unusual. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and seating on the edge of the pool area. Again, the staff were very good during our stay, making breakfast an enjoyable experience. As we had a hire car, parking was important but was never a problem, with covered parking usually available. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend if you are looking to stay in this area.

The location is excellent, right next to a white sandy beach. The hotel's garden is beautiful, the pool is clean, the breakfast is very good, the staff is friendly

There was no window in the room, it was very dark and musty. One night there was no room in the restaurant, which was not far from the accommodation, they only gave dinner for takeaway, so we took it to the accommodation, thinking that we could get cutlery to eat it there, the staff informed us that we could only get cutlery if we bought something from the bar . As much as the accommodation costs, this could really fit in (if there is no dinner at the accommodation), so that people are not treated like this.

We loved the hotel for the most friendly staff, nice garden setting with pool and delicious breakfast with amazing fruit selection! We got free upgrade which was very nice, room was lovely and spacious with a nice terrace overlooking the garden with olive and lemon trees.

The staff were exceptional. Friendly helpful and happy to chat. The hotel is a small oasis with lovely grounds and a tropical feel to the garden. Breakfast was great lots of choice fruit croissants cake granita freshly baked bread. We also had a very nice evening meal sitting in the garden. The bathroom of our room was lovely with a large powerful shower. The walk to the beach is 50 metres. Great location for visiting the fascinating sites of Syracusa, Noto and a host of others.

Our room felt a bit dark tho we did have a nice outside space with chairs and umbrella . Lovely sandy beach but very crowded at the start of September. Surrounding area needs a concerted litter disposal effort.

Really good staff, facilities like beach towels for hire, close to a good sandy beach. Aircon that actually worked properly (unlike some hotels). Well maintained green grounds. Went to a couple of good restaurants in easy walking distance. Well placed to drive to beautiful Noto, and Siracusa.

The pool was somewhat small and needed to be 'hoovered' out as dark sand seemed to collect in places. However very warm! Be on your guard for mosquitos.

Friendly welcome, very nice room, very clean, the breakfast was also very good.

We would have preferred to have a restaurant and bar in the evening, quite unusual not to have this in a 4 star hotel.
