The location was great, facilities were clean, and the staff was very friendly. There was live music at night, which was great. The free coffee was nice.

The lack of privacy with the shower was inconvenient. The shower is open to the rest of the room, so there is no privacy while showering. Not convenient when traveling with friends.

Everything was great in the room it was pretty, very clean, and updated. The ac was actually nice and quiet so I slept great. And great gym. I really had a great sleep so I’ll use this hotel again!

They need to have much better selection of snacks including healthy ones please. It was a sad display of soda Aquafina and low grade snacks. I’ve been to an Aloft in Connecticut and they had an amazing selection so I was very disappointed with that part.

The location is great - it's nice to be able to walk over to The Promenade at Chenal to eat, shop or catch a movie. The property is clean and very well maintained. Also, the bartenders at the WXYZ Bar are great - a shout out to Jared and Allie for taking such good care of us!

The location was what I liked the most. Convenient to shopping strips and restaurants.

I didn’t like that in order to get a military discount they said we had to book online. The process wasn’t explained well. My husband has PTSD AND GOT VERY FRUSTRATED. The regular rate kept coming up. They didn’t explain that the adjustment would be done at the front desk.

The bed was so comfortable! The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to accommodate and help. The bar had live music which brought in a fun crowd. I absolutely loved the Dry Bar products!

I do not like the shower in the king room not being behind a privacy door. The shower also had very little pressure.

Floor that allows pets smelled kind of “doggish” but nothing unbearable, just noticeable. Fake plants around pool area were pretty cheesy. Music from lobby area carried up to 4th floor quite a bit. Not as quiet as I’d hoped but still great experience. Great staff.

Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful from giving an extra towel to providing recommendations to restaurants. The hotel was clean, and the location of the hotel was perfect for my purpose.

I did not like not having a door to the sink/shower area. A barn door could provide privacy especially if you have a roommate.

Out of the five hotels/cabins we stayed in during our recent trip, this one was by far the most comfortable. Super soft pillows, nice blankets and mattresses. Very friendly staff.

Was a last minute travel for business. The stay woul have been so much better if the front desk clerk was a bit more welcoming.
