This is an old school small town motel. Tons of character, very clean, electronic doorknobs so no key to lose! This is our second time staying here and we wouldn’t hesitate to make it a third.

Room had good space and was super clean. I like that it had a refrigerator. Nice selection of pillows to my liking.

The bed was a little harder than I like, but better than a lot of hotels I've stayed in.

From the outside I have never had any good feelings or instincts about this establishment. However a friend convinced me to try it and I'm so glad I did! It is certainly not more than a basic establishment but it is cozy, clean, and comfortable, which ticks all my boxes when I'm looking for a no frills stay!

The bathroom was very tiny but it isn't anything that can be changed.

I liked the nostalgic atmosphere, the barefootable floors, the quietness, the personal attention directly from the owners and the nearness to the relatives we were visiting in Ithaca, MI. Plus being able to park our car right outside our door.

It would have been nice to offer breakfast but no biggy because we found a delightful Amish restaurant a few miles away in Ithaca,MI. I would have liked to had two beds but a two-bed room wasn’t available at that time. I think the cost could have been a little lower than $120.

The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. It was a no contact check in. But I needed to change something and called the number for service and the owner came out and helped me with that.

The only drawback was no coffee pot. But we did know that in advance and brought some coffee bags and cups. But that's what keeps the price reasonable.

I have to admit I was a little worried... we went to a concert at Soaring Eagle and needed a place to stay and there were limited rooms left anywhere near by, and then I seen this place. I booked it because it had good reviews. You really never know, but honestly it was super clean and the owners were really great. I would definitely stay here again!

everything was great

Very close to downtown Alma, and a family member's house. Very clean. Super neat. Comfortable. Metal art outside is a good touch. Beds were firm and cozy. Wifi was strong. Ample refrigerator. Close to 127. Pretty easy to get to

Noise from highway picks up by 6AM. No coffee machine in the room. Would be nice, but not a game changer.

I was sick with the flu while my husband was playing a dart tournament. The staff turned up the heat for me and brought me a little space heater to use. The room was very clean, comfortable bed. Even though I was sick, I enjoyed my stay. Would definitely book this hotel again.

it was a contactless Motel which was really nice and the whole check in check out was so convenient. There was a gas station across the street which was great as well.Very nice place ..thank you!
