The room was a good size and very clean. There was a place to put your suitcase and a stool as well as desk area and chair (although a little snug at the bottom of the bed). The bathroom was really clean, there was no black mould or gross orange marks from human fat and oils that you often find. Small towels, but not terrible. A great idea that there was fresh, filtered and cold water dispensers on each of the landings, which was brilliant for filling up my water bottle. I thought that was a really great idea. Extra pillows were good, I always want more than one. Breakfast buffet was good. There was always a couple of options of homemade / local cakes (the chocolate and pear was especially delicious). The croissants and pain au chocolat were crispy and not the usual greasy frozen kind you usually get in some hotels. The restaurant was great. Good food, good service, can't complain. Very handy location, ample parking onsite. Very friendly and helpful statff, and although I always try and speak French, all the staff spoke English.

I don't drink coffee, but if I did, having just one coffee pod, cup and 1 sugar wasn't sufficient, even for just my husband who loves coffee. I know it's not really common practice in France (unless you're in hotels nearer the north coast), but having a kettle and tea bags, milk and sugar are really great for people like me who do not like coffee - great if you drink coffee, rubbish if you don't.

Convenient location for one night stopover, comfortable, ease of parking, friendly staff. Good value.

Nothing, except that you have to drive over the kerb/pavement to access the car park and EV charging area! Very bumpy….

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant was very good. Bed was comfortable.

The toilet is so close to the door, you can't close the door when you're using it. And the bath towels are the thinnest I've ever seen in a hotel. The walls are thin - the guest in the next room coughed all night.

Location is ok. The room was a good size but the window was not completely blacked out. Breakfast was fine. I would like to take this opportunity of saying how grateful I was with your member of staff who kept my room available for me even though I was late arriving. I greatly appreciate your staff member’s help and patience. I also liked the other staff who were polite and helpful throughout.

Location ideal for what we wanted, we went to see the Tour De France Staff in restaurant were super helpful and nice

Calm, tastefully decorated, very friendly staff, comfortable and clean room. Good restaurant with food in season. Excellent breakfasts. Staff went the extra mile when mu husband wanted toast, and got the kitchen to make some. We have rebooked for our return journey!
