A good hotel in a very good location. It has it's own parking allocation and a lift from the car park to reception and other floors. It was only a few minutes walk to a square with restaurants where we had a very pleasant meal. There was an excellent choice for breakfast.

The reception staff had limited English.

The room was lovely and clean despite going through a major refurbishment. Breakfast was delivered to your room whilst this was going on. Staff lovely and helpful. Stayed here several times and it's location is very central and ideal for cafes, shopping etc. Secure underground carpark.

Nothing not to like.

Well positioned and exellent secure car parking

...... at leasr 5 of our party have had severe D&V upon return from France...... This may not of course have anything to so with the hotel, but worth mentionin gin case anyone else reports this issue.

Very helpful staff. Comfortable bedroom. Very good air-conditioning. Excellent location- near the train and bus stations, bars and restaurants.

Situation. Comfortable room.

Couldn’t park as there was a market that blocked the entrance to the underground parking. Had to wait until after 7.30pm. Hotel Entrance is not the greatest and one escalator not working.

The booking said the hotel had free parking, but it was paid parking. It seems the booking filter doesn't work correctly, or the hotel description is wrong.

Comfy and clean

Bit out of the way. The staff at reception provided advice on restaurants. I went to the area mentioned and all were closed. I went to the main square and found some that were open.

Hotel was everything that you would expect from a budget hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning in room worked ok and was set at a nice temperature upon arrival. Spare pillows available. Basic accommodation but had everything that was needed. Location was close to the bars and restaurants (about 10 minute stroll away).

Body was in shower was empty but I had my own so not a problem.

Hand towels would have been nice. Guy on reception not helpful or clear. Sent us to the wrong floor. There is allegedly a bar but we couldnt find it! Breakfast is very average

needed to change from our original room due to odor of mold - no problem. breakfast was more than adequate and the person taking care of it was extremely pleasant.
