Very well presented and clean. The reception and bar area was nicely decorated, we had a drink in the bar area. The bedroom was a good size, bed very comfortable and nice temperature, had a window you can open. A complementary bottle of water, kettle etc. Generous bathroom with shower that was easy to use and a shelf to put your bottles. A hairdryer and a wardrobe. Easy walking distance from the railway station, city centre and car hire. The reception kindly directed us to the car hire.

The room design wasn't perfect. The only mirror was in the bathroom and the hairdryer is also in the bathroom. This means if there are two of you to get ready it's not very convenient. In our room there was an almost kitchenette just outside the bathroom ( a sink, cupboards) and these weren't necessary ( good for the cleaner maybe) but this area could have had the hairdryer and mirror.

Reception and service was excellent. The restaurant food was great, especially the fish dish :) and I thought the restaurant was really good value for money. The beds were comfortable and the rooms well appointed. When we asked for a change of room it was dealt with efficiently and professionally. Parking simple and free on Sunday. Hotel easy to find. Would absolutely stay here again.

The only issue is the pub on the corner. On warm/dry nights it is noisy. Really unfair for the hotel actually, BUT not all rooms are affected. I would ask for a room to the right of the hotel if (like me) you are sound sensitive. Important to say the pub sounds didn't bother my husband so much.

Comfortable room and comfortable location, hotel is stylish. Staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast is very nice, not much but everything is tasty.

Parking is not for free

the design of the rooms and the lobby were very well thought out. The staff is friendly and responsive. We are Americans that struggle with French. It was nice to stay in a hotel that accommodated English speakers equally to French speakers. (Like they had two menus … one French and one in English.)

It is not located in the history heart of the city.

Room is pleasantly furnished, creates feeling of comfort. Breakfast is very good, the choice of cheeses is very good, scrambled eggs are not really the best but this is common failure in many hotels. Restaurant is very good, they have few choices but they taste great. Staff is great, very helpful and friendly, they don't speak English a lot but compensate with doing things.

The location was great, just 10 minutes from the centre ville. Access was easy from the motorway. The staff were very helpful and spoke English. Would stay again if we are in the vicinity. Parking was opposite and secure.

Breakfast was expensive. I expected the price to include breakfast.

Staff were lovely Bar and on site restaurant were a bonus and the food was delicious and reasonably priced Location is close to town if you can walk but for me it was too far (.8 mile) Secure parking at 8€ a day

Inside very stylish & modern interior design, I loved the bar area.

Didn't opt for breakfast as it was found to be slightly expensive, which would have been nice to be included in the overall price.

Location good for unloading car and parking. Breakfast very good choice.

We arrived late and I did explain when booking. Chaos at the channel tunnel delayed us.The member of staff was polite but could of advised us that there were trolleys to help with the luggage.

Cleanliness of the room , quality of the breakfast. Friendly Reception desk personnel.Hotel was located centrally with secure parking .

There was no bar but that didnt prevent us obtaining a drink via Reception.It would appear that they are creating a new bar area which would be a good item to mention on the website.
