Superb mattress. Better sleep than at home.

Cushions or bolsters for sitting up in bed would be welcome. The only chair in the room is really uncomfortable. And it's not confortable to sit up in bed either. So anything that makes it possible to sit confortably would be great!

Location suited my purpose on the way south.

The soap dispenser in my shower cubicle had not been replaced or refilled - it was empty. The basin was in the far corner of the room where there was another soap dispenser that had soap in it. I had to constantly get out of the shower on slippery floors to get handfuls of detergent from there then go back to the shower to complete washing. It was not fun and dangerous - all from someone carelessly not checking the soap dispenser.

Easy access from Autoroute. Easy check-in. Rooms small but very clean. Staff friendly. Couldn't figure out how to get B&B wifi but didn't matter too much as the stay was short.

Wifi connection didn't appear. All the other times we've stayed in B&B Hotels over the last 10 years it's been available and easy.

Excellent location and price for a budget stopover on a long journey. The room has everything you need and is comfortable and clean. Lots of restaurants close by and B&B Hotels give you 10% off which we used. Great breakfast too with plenty of choice.

Clean and tidy. Lovely breakfast with choice of warm and cold food. Vending machines available for drinks and snacks in foyer. Choice of fast food type eating places nearby.. Convenient for access to motorway.

Clothes rail close to bed inconvenient, and shower and toilet very small. A long way from town centre.

Would have liked a pain au raisin for breakfast and more comfortable seating but otherwise fine. Shower was super, hot and powerful. Situation was excellent, straight off the imotorway, and opposite a good restaurant.

To have a kettle and facilities to make tea/Coffee in the room would be an improvement

Convenient midway location for a trip north or south through France. Clean everywhere, quiet area, helpful staff, restaurants nearby, air con sufficient to keep us cool in very warm weather, secure parking.

Ideal location off the A20. Plenty of parking spaces. Room was clean and comfortable. WiFi was excellent. I was only there for 1 night driving to Caen from the south and would definitely stay again.

Staff, rooms and breakfast are all fantastic. Staff are welcoming and rooms are very clean and quiet. Good parking and great location. Breakfast is available 5am to 10am so if you’re travelling and need to leave early it’s great. The guy that works overnight and in morning makes the great buffet breakfast and there is plenty of choice, really worth paying for this. Plenty of food choices to eat out in the evening within eat walking distance. Secure parking to. Overall fantastic.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Once you get past the weird floor covering pattern in the bedrooms you will find the room very comfortable for the overnight stay
