The location was perfect, in a quiet area, just by the beach. The apartment was spotless and well equipped, with decent wifi and good tv options. I was traveling with a colleague, so I appreciated the intimacy our separated bathrooms provided. Breakfast on the beach was nice.

With a minor investment, the shower in the main bathroom could be improved: the shower head could not be fixed on any support on the wall and thus had to be held by hand at all time. People will long hair will understand why showering with two free hands is an improvement :)

The apartment itself was spacious and nicely furnished. The balcony had beautiful ocean views. There was another balcony off the bedroom. The beach area was close and the beach itself was perfect.

The air conditioning was weak. The pool needed work. There was a deck off the bedroom, but no chairs. The staff at checkout was not helpful. They claimed the credit card processor was not working, and asked me to pay the entire bill in cash at an unfavorable exchange rate (58.00). I refused, and the credit card machine somehow started working again. Overall a very nice place but a bit overpriced.

Location was spectacular on Las Ballenas although road noise and loud music surround the location (not bad in the unit but the surrounding area). Cleanliness was good, shower small but lots of hot water, large space and great view. Close to a couple of good restaurants in particular Playa 18. Sesame chicken at the next door restaurant Eden was spectacular.

Furniture a bit dated but comfortable.

Excellent staff. Location is spectacular. Kitchen actually had everything we needed, and it wasn’t the usual cheap garbage you usually get in a residence hotel.

One of the air conditioners was pretty weak, and the remote was missing. The tv had initial issues, but the staff replace it immediately.

Good location on the beach, walking distance to town, beautiful beach, chairs available, plenty of small restaurants on the beach. Big room, nice and attentive personal. Highly recommended.

A bit of confusion with breakfast, it's on the remote location provided by a different hotel, vouchers are needed every morning, and receptionist is not always available to issue them. Someone with English language knowledge would be nice in a tourist establishment.

Terrific location, seconds from the beach and near town but not too near. Very nice breakfast although same dishes offered every day. Staff very friendly. Very large and comfortable front terrace with view of the sea, plus smaller balcony in the back. Good and easy wifi access.

Would be nice to have room service. Trash cans needed by the beach. We were not advised that we had to pay in cash; luckily we had it. More daily variety in breakfast options.

Double beds are not too comfortable

The facility is great, ocean view! The staff is amazing and helpful. Lots of restaurant around it. All very clean.

The apartment was great overall. Just needs minor improvements on the air conditioning and the lighting. But great place to stay.

I Loved the big space, cleanliness and location.

The pool was green the whole weekend and couldn't get my kids in.

The room and grounds were very clean. Looks right at the ocean and beautiful beach. Staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful with any need.

Road in front can get a little busy.
