Quaint and cozy motel with an excellent deck overlooking the ocean. The motel even provided chairs and umbrellas to take down to the beach. Such a quiet and lovely spot.

It was difficult to wash the dishes provided in the bathroom sink. A notice said we'd be charged $25 if we didn't wash them, so we did the best we could.

May be they will serve breakfast if it is possible.

Well it was our first time, we didn’t notice right away the name of the motel, better it should be more visible during night time, because our experienced we arrived midnight the uber driver asked us if it was the place, we said we don’t know yet, so the driver just parked and we were not really sure we just got out from the uber and my husband said it was the place because he remembered how it looked like in the picture. I was thinking what if it is not, the uber was gone. For me It really helps if the name of the place is really noticeable even you are still minutes before you arrive.

Sea Scape Motel is a hidden gem. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. There is a private beach area where everyone congregates and enjoys one another’s company or you can go back to your room and have plenty of privacy and quiet. There’s a list in the room of the Staff’s favorite restaurants to choose from. It’s close to lots of shopping and restaurants and just minutes away from historic downtown Melbourne where there are plenty of shops to explore. There’s a Publix less than a mile from the motel where we bought groceries and took back to our motel to cook many of our own meals. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Water pressure in the shower could have been better but all in all our stay was wonderful.

It’s a tiny, old school motel sandwiched in between 2 multi-storey hotels off highway A1A. But its charm and direct beach access makes it an absolute must. My room was eclectic and pretty with everything I needed, even if some of it was from the 70’s (which I loved - very nostalgic.) folks sat outside their rooms in the evenings and chatted to one another, and also on the loungers out back overlooking the beach. There are beach chairs for residents to take down to the ocean, and I did just that at sunrise the next morning. It’s a memory I’ll always carry - especially because I am not a morning person!

The Sea Scape Motel was excellent! It is a classic old style beach motel with very clean rooms and everything that you might need for the beach. There were beach chairs, beach towels, and even fishing rods for surf fishing. The room didn't have any musty or stale smell at all! I was very pleased with the value and will stay there again soon!

I had no complaints. The rooms are old, but the furniture is nice. The mattress was comfortable and I slept great. I enjoyed seeing all the geckos in the gardens around the motel.

Beautiful view. Ocean front suite is the way to go. Safe welcoming environment and friendly regulars. (I promise no creepers.) (That we knew of.) The lounge area by the beach was perfect. Celebrated my birthday with the girls and we definitely weren’t quiet but front desk lady said we were sweet little angels. Just be respectful and courteous. Definitely fun place to make some memories!

The water machine on the fridge doesn’t work so definitely bring some water bottles if you don’t wanna drink the tap. Other than that tho we had a nice fridge and freezer (I’m picky on ice so we got our own bag) Also an oven and nice bathroom with big shower for after the beach. Not much to complain about really.

This is our second time staying here. Loved the location since I had a training to attend about 2 miles away. I loved the quaintness and size of the motel nestled between a couple of the much larger hotel/condominiums. There is a Publix and other eateries within a short driving distance. The beach is just footsteps away…Perfect for our 3 night stay. Would have loved to stay longer. Thank you for an another perfect stay at Seascape Oceanfront Motel. Will be back.

The location was amazing. Directly off the beach and the room had an ocean view. It is definitely an older building but very clean and well maintained. If you’re looking for luxury, this probably isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for clean, comfortable, amazing view and location, all the amenities you need, and the friendliest staff around, this is the place! They had beach chairs and towels available for use as well as books to borrow.

The location was tranquil, and reminds the guests of what Florida was like in the 70’s. The staff was professional and were very attentive.

Upon doing my laundry, someone that wiped down the washer didn’t get all the bleach cleaner wiped off, and several articles of clothing were stained and the color was on my son’s black work pants were stripped of their color. I was washing dark colors and never use bleach.

Cozy little bungalow community; great location right off the main road but set back enough that it doesn’t feel “busy”. Staff is wonderful, beds are comfortable and units are very clean. Beachfront property with very short path to beach: some units have beach view; comfy seating area overlooking beach. This is an older establishment but still very comfortable at extremely reasonable price.
