The location was very central and the hotel was easy to locate. I arrived later and check-in was straightforward. There are two restaurants right next to the property (Hussar Grill and Ocean Basket) so getting dinner was quick and easy. The aircon in my room worked well which was greatly appreciated during a hot January night in Kimberly. Wifi was also free and worked well.

The parking situation is quite tight. There was also no bathroom door between the bathroom and the bedroom so there is no privacy when using the bathroom. My room window opened onto the communal porch area so I had to keep0 curtains closed throughout my stay.

the staff were friendly, room clean, the pool was always clean. the internal of the hotel is beautiful. there's a restaurant inside the hotel and three restaurants right next to it.

the rules are too much for festive season. we weren't allowed to have alcohol (only allowed in rooms), speak loudly etc. everywhere you walk there's a board written "shhh, don't speak loud or don't make a noise" something like that. During festive season, people are happy, they speak loud, they drink alcohol and have fun. so such rules should be reconsidered, just during the festive season.

This place is beautiful, For how long this Hotel has stood it has only been upgraded with beauty. the gym and swimming pool looks like a million dollar project. we will definitely stay here again this place is perfect for any corporate or family stay. Restaurants are literally around the coner.

stayed here twice in two weeks for our honeymoon when travelling to cape and back, first time struggled to find our room. second stay there did not know there was another gate to enter the parking. a few other guests actually asked me where there room was located because they did not find it. front desk can maybe assist us a bit better with room locations and parking gate locations.

Nothing beats having a home, but sometimes I do miss aspects of the hotel life. One of my favorite things about hotel rooms is the shower... They Also have Starbucks coffee, free toilet toiletries especially the ones that smells like lavender and Vetiver... 😂 And the Security In The Hotel is Tops.

They Started With A Perfect Room For Me... Now It Seems That... Quality Reduces. But With The Same Price... The Worst For Me Is When It Gets To The Breakfast... 45 minutes affair, rather than a quick 20 minutes

The friendliness and welcoming of the staff at reception I'm walking on crutches and my room was far but they managed to get me a nearer room, the breakfast and Valentine's dinner was served with pure friendliness the restaurant staff was very friendly and accommodating, the hotel is beautiful and clean no noise just perfect, iwe were struggling with signal in our room we reported it and they didn't even take long to fix it so all was well I have no complaints and I will definitely go back

I loved everything about the hotel

My Reception was warm and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The proximity to the CBD and airport is very convenient. The location of the two nearby restaurants is excellent. Senior management/Owner of the establishment was gracious, friendly and extremely helpful! the man who assisting me with finding my wallet is a gentleman indeed and I would like you to extend my thanks to him for a wonderful stay.

The place is so beautiful, a breath of fresh air. With beautiful facilities. Love it 😀 😍

In a room booked for 2 people there should be 2 bottles of water and not one. Let there be a microwave in the room and a smart TV because there's wifi. In a case where the water is not clean like it was not, let the hotel provide alternatives for people to bath with and use clean water. These are just suggestions, otherwise I loved the place so much.

Location was great 👍 Coffee shop. Restaurants on the corner was the best food and service I had experience in a while. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Towels were old and hard. Bathroom vent wasn't working. No airfresher available. Only 1 water for 2 people. Rooms walls need maintenance. Paint is peeling. Buffet is available but it's basically cereals. Or order separately. Food was good. You have to pay for the gym but it's not cleaned regularly. The bathrooms inside the gym are locked.

The place smells nice🔥. It is very clean, has both modern rooms and classic rooms. The people are nice, it’s a great place.

Access card reader for the gate requires you to get out of the vehicle, after a long night it is not ideal. They have a security outside the entire time, so getting out of the car doesn’t pose a safety concern, I am not writing this as a complaint, It is actually an answer to a what can we do better question.

Breakfast was okay, and the deluxe room was great. The WiFi was fast enough for work; and the property was very clean. I particularly appreciated the quietness, particularly if you are travelling for work.

The access control for the gate is on the wall. Having to get out of the car at night to tap the card was a bit unsettling, particularly in the heavy rain. Please consider giving guests remote for the gate.
