The lady at the reception was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful. She made sure the heater was turned on before our arrival, so the room was warm and welcoming. She also offered us milk which was a lovely touch. We were genuinely impressed by how clean and well-equipped the room was. It exceeded our expectations. The hot water supply was excellent, with great water pressure. The bed linen was spotless and very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. Bathroom was so clean and had a luxury touch to it. The kitchen had all the essentials to heat and enjoy a meal, which made our stay even more convenient. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back.

Bed was comfy & plenty of pillows even though I brought my own pillow too. The instructions to use the TV was missing but not a big problem as I was not in the room that long to watch TV. The power points were down very low or behind the microwave so had to move the microwave to charge phone & boil jug.

Needed more accessible power points or maybe an extension cord. Also there was no cutlery only wooden stirring sticks - I understand recycling but do not like wooden utensils.

Such a great surprise to walk into a completely renovated room and bathroom. Was like an oasis in our road trip. Very stylish and comfortable. Clearly a big investment made to upgrade the property.

Nothing. Look beyond the traditional and older style facade of a typical Motel. The rooms here have been renovated to an exceptional standard. Kudos to the owners.

A warm friendly welcome from the owners. I had booked the Standard Queen room which I found to be spacious and very clean. The room was well appointed with wifi, microwave, toaster, etc. I found the bed very comfortable and made for a great nights sleep. No hesitation in staying again.

The fridge was on the smaller side but fine for an overnight stay. Nothing to complain about really. Great motel.

The Parkview is recently renovated and sparkling clean. Beds were comfortable and AC in very room made the cold winter nights toasty. Very quiet overnight with no traffic noise. A short drive into town but not really walking distance to the main shops. We would happily stay again.

Best motel we have ever stayed in. Clean, modern, super comfy bed and pillows. Amazing water pressure in the shower. The receptionist was extremely friendly and we really appreciated the heater being put on for us prior to our arrival. Can’t wait to come back.

The room looked, felt and smelt clean. The germaphobe in me felt very comfortable here. The beds were very comfy and the pillows were amazing. The facilities in the room were all fantastic.

The rooms have been renovated beautifully. Everything was spotlessly clean. I stayed with my teenage daughter and used the room with the queen bed and king single and it suited us perfectly. Would definitely recommend

The staff were exceptional, we were traveling and checked in late, they turned our heater on and put milk in the fridge for us! The room was lovely and warm when we arrived! The beds were so comfortable, and the room was very clean and spacious. even the motel is very close to the main road into Parkes, it was very quiet.

I can't think of anything that could be better.

The room has recently been renovated and it looks amazing. Don’t judge the motel by the outside - it’s completely different inside.

At night time the blinds didn’t block out the outside light very well
