Towels changed frequently. Quiet after first night. Glad to have kettle & toaster. Good to have private carpark. Bed comfortable. Good shower.

Don't take arrivals on Carnival Day. Nightmare, hundreds of people & cars everywhere. Police blocked road hotel on, let taxis through but not us. Hotelier helped me with bags, husband parked long way away in field. Kept awake till 4 am by very loud music. Apartment compact. Iron but no board nor suitable table. Wardrobe no handles, we used end of teaspoon.

Magical history-steeped home in a magical village, truly the greenest oasis in Lanzarote. The gorgeous little pool was the white icing on the cake, designed by none other than the visionary Cesar Manrique (whose amazing last home is a short walk away and a must-visit), one felt they were enjoying Lanzarote as he would have wanted! And tapping into its ancient volcanic soul rather than going through the motions of a superficial or newly tacked-on tourism. Dips in this pool were made extra blissful by the patterns of sunlight through the mature palm trees, and sounds of running water from the nearby fountains and profuse birdsong. Overall, such a relaxing space has been nurtured here with tasteful attention paid to many lovely details. Cultured and approachable manager Alejandro was very kindly instrumental in helping me facilitate further Cesar Manrique experiences such as his foundation in Tahiche and the Jameous del Agua. In short, Villa Delmas is a great base for Manrique! There was also an exquisite Canarian gastronomic experience in the main house one evening by an exceptionally talented and passionate local chef. I really would like to return as it's a genuinely special place; I've travelled a lot and don't often say this!

I would have preferred a softer mattress to sink into, but I do like them very soft and the average sleeper may not have found it too firm.

Breakfast was exceptional, the best breakfast I've ever had and beautifully presented. The room was large and comfortable. The location is beautiful and peaceful and on the Northern rugged side of the island easy to get around. The town has a nice Saturday market and some good restaurants.

Werry good brecfust ! the apartment was new an werri good ! the staf was werry frendli and nice! And the locatiom was werry central !

There wood be nice to have a te-catel for boiling warher in the a apartemt and it wood be nice to haf free Netflix and Be-Mad in the television in the apartment!

Very friendly staff and property very centrally situated in village. Suite was comfortable.

The property isn’t really a hotel but a bed and breakfast establishment as there aren’t really any of the facilities you would associate with a hotel. This didn’t really bother us that much but should be made clearer We did not like the bathroom being down a steep flight of stairs from the bedroom

The staff were excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. We were offered the choice of two rooms, one in the main house 'Violeta' and one in a separate annex 'Haria'. We chose Haria because it had a separate kitchenette with kettle and fridge, and a small table & chairs outside. The bed was very comfortable and it was very clean.

The only minus point in our room was some black mould in the skylight above the shower due to poor ventilation. It didn't affect our stay but was unsightly.

Having to ask for more coffee at breakfast - then cups only being filled half way! There was no room service - we stayed 3 nights & no one emptied bins or made beds. This didn't bother us but we thought it unusual

Very comfortable, well equipped, quiet too. This is not a hotel but self contained apartments / rooms based in and around a historic house with extensive grounds. There is an option for breakfast which I didn't take.

Fantastic old house readapted to hotel rooms and apartments in a beautiful town. The staff was really kind and was attentive to solve some minor issues

Taking into account we booked a apartment it was not as well equipped as we expected. For instante a kettle and a microwave should be there

Beautiful historic hotel. Apartment was nice . Very quiet area and beautiful village. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good base for exploring the north of the island.

In our apartment a small sofa or seating for 2 people would be better than the one futon chair / sofa bed as you could not sit comfortably at night.
