Meals all times of the day were practical with a wide choice of meats, fishes, vegetables and salads, etc. There was usually a Chef present cooking at least one item in the center of the buffet. Sometimes crockery was scarce and people rushing around to find a plate or bowl. Commendably, the free flow soft drinks were from Coca Cola dispensers throughout the hotel. Unexpectedly, room was equipped with a small but practical kitchen for preparing light meals/ snacks if not staying on the all inclusive packages available. Small refrigerator but no pots or pans available.

A minor matter was the waiters endlessly clearing the tables of anything left thereon. If you went up for a desert, everything may have been cleared away when you return and someone else ready to sit at the table. Perhaps a table "occupied" card could be issued to diners. Scarcity of proper glasses for wine at meal times was a slight irritant. Regular or branded drinks were full price with no reduction for "All Inclusive" guests trading up from the cheap locally produced "white neck" bottles.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious, with a huge sunny balcony. The food was plentiful and tasty with lots of variety each day, there was always something being cooked fresh by the chef and a lovely selection of salad to have with every meal. The drinks were also very good, with San Miguel on tap The staff were all friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the pool area- always plenty of sunbeds around. There were activities to join in if you fancied and entertainment most evenings. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the main beach and square, but there is a smaller beach, bars restaurants and a supermarket much closer in playa Bastian. We would definitely return to this hotel, it was excellent value for money and exceeded what we were expecting

After reading some negative reviews we were a little apprehensive, but the only thing we could fault was that the wi fi signal was a little weak in our room, we honestly couldn't fault the hotel for the money we paid.

The hotel is a bit older, but everithing was OK (if you pay 700€ for one week in all incl. hotel you can't expect 5* super new hotel). Staff was nice and helpful, mainly the bartender (the oldest one). Rooms are big. Our room was clean during the whole stay, they change towels every two days. Food in the restaurant was ok, it was possible to choose something different everyday, but breakfast was almost the same everyday (at home I usually eat the same for breakfast, so for me it was OK). There were a lot of fresh fruit.

Rooms needs renovation. There was a problem with hot water everyday, we had to wait 10-15 minutes to hot water in the shower (maibe because our room was at the end of hotel). Wi-fi in our room was bad. The restaurant is on the -1 floor, so there are no windows, which looks a bit sad.

The poolside bar was nice to sit at in the afternoon (even though we went half board). The pool area was always clean and the entertainment staff and bar staff were always on hand. The reception staff were great and were always happy to order taxis and give advice etc apart from the one middle aged man with the one pierced ear, who seemed to dislike people enjoying themselves on holiday. The night entertainment staff and bar staff were just as good as the day staff. The location was also fab. You pay €3 in a taxi to the main square with all the shops, bars and restaurants and at the end you just queue for a taxi. Simple yet satisfying. You can also walk it's around a 20-25 minute walk but I hate walking ☺️

We tried the food but the chicken and the garlic bread tasted of fish which put us off. The eggs were the only thing we enjoyed at breakfast and preferred to go out to eat most of the time.

I took my parents on holiday. They are elderly people and I was afraid of dirt or bad food. However, everything exceeded my expectations. We had spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The food was amazing and a very large selection. Drinks were poured according to your wishes and the staff was so polite that it is unheard of! I will definitely come back!!!! I don't understand the negative opinions. I don't know what more people expect.

The only thing I would improve is if the cleaners paid more attention to details, e.g. grout or cleaning taps, if this improves, the hotel can be promoted to the next star. I would also pay attention to Mrs. Angelina in the dining room. She is unpleasant and walks with her nose up. It was not nice when she was at work.

I really liked the warm surroundings and the staff, I would like to give a special thanks to Virginia because she made our stay even more enjoyable with her bubbly and sweet attitude, the rooms were clean and the food was amazing; all together all the staff were sweet. The events that happened during our stay in the hotels were amazing and I really liked that the hotel was located close to the beach. I am 100% coming back next year.

wi-fi wasn’t as good but it wasn’t a problem .

This was a super base for our cycling group holiday. Super helpful staff. Basic but perfectly acceptable rooms if you’re not intending on spending your week inside. Decent pool and lovely balcony. Great bar. Would definitely return for a similar holiday. Superb value for all inclusive! Perfect for a low cost break in the sun.

Food was acceptable/average. We just went out one evening to a lovely restaurant when we wanted more of a fancy meal. Nothing else to comment on - we really enjoyed our stay.

The food could have been better, some items over cooked and bland but there was always a dish that was tasty and cooked well.

Friendly helpful staff, clean apartment and common areas, close to water park, not far to walk to beaches and main drag shops and restaurants, can’t fault it for the money!

Not that we didn’t like it but a warning about the pool depth would have helped as we were unprepared and our son couldn’t swim! Bought him some armbands and he was swimming like a pro by day 3 but would’ve been nice to be prepared. Food choices aren’t amazing for fussy kids but we all found something to eat at each meal.
