Lovely location- All staff very accommodating and helpful. Great entertainment and loved that we could access the beach so easily.

Wardrobe not tall enough to hang dresses without having to fold them over hangers - we couldnt use the safe as it was broken

Loved the location. We found the room very comfortable and clean.Great pool area and pool bar. The staff were very friendly and attentive. An army of cleaners busy every day.

We loved this hotel. We had a brilliant holiday . I will definitely be back, but I would ask for a sunny balcony next time. Our balcony had a massive tree in front of it, blocking out the view and sun. We had a kettle in the room as requested but had to run around to source milk, cups and spoons which we got at the pool bar no problem but would be nice if it was set up in the room. Other than that, no complaints I would definitely recommend as a great hotel to stay in Costa Teguise.

2nd time staying at THB Lanzarote, it's a great location, a good pool area, plenty of sunbeds. I asked for a Seaview, which we got. Thank you, although when I enquired at reception, the lady said it would cost more, which I didn't mind, but I'd already been allocated it but didn't say or seem to know! She was quite abrupt, not very friendly, all the rest of the team were great when we interacted with them. Breakfast and good choice and a well organised.

Location is fantastic, personally I would book again but on a self catering basis and eat out locally, lots of restaurants to choose from. Sea view was amazing and we were upgraded free to superior and therefore had a bigger room.

Food is cold for breakfast(we stayed b&b) however they do freshly made to order omelettes and on the last day I saw a microwave by the pastries, if I had spotted it earlier this would have been used as food is not even warm. Location is All flat so good for mobility restricted folk, lots of older generation which doesn’t bother me, all very pleasant. Didn’t see one person in the pool tho and so dnt know if it’s heated.

Our stay at the hotel THB was pleasant overall, with beautiful views and a friendly atmosphere. The staff were helpful and the amenities, such as the pools and dining options, were enjoyable. The hotel's central location was ideal, with everything just a short walk away. Back entrance to the beach was a fantastic feature. In my opinion, Costa Teguise is the best location to choose from on Lanzarote.

However, the rooms did need a bit of maintenance, mostly bathroom, showed signs of wear. The food was great, though we felt there could be more local options to truly capture the essence of Lanzarote.

Central location, upgraded to a superior room which was spacious, and fresh towels daily with maid service. Hotel grounds keep clean and good value for money. Staff very friendly and a big shout out to Rosemary the entertainment lady, she's fab. Went bed and breakfast, food ok could be hotter but there's a microwave, plenty of choice and very good at providing gluten free bread n muffins for my friends husband.

Nothing to dislike on our visit. We had a great time

A lovely hotel in the heart of Costa Teguise. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Entertainment around the pool daily was great fun .Food was good and there was a microwave in the canteen for those that like their food a little hotter.Will definitely be returning.

We stayed in the superior room with sea view. The view was beautiful. The beds were so very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and the maids worked so hard every day. Most of the staff were lovely but there were a few miserable faces on the reception desk. The hotel is perfect for location. The pool was gorgeous and refreshing and honestly one of the cleanest hotels I have visited. We didn't really stay in of a night but there was entertainment every night and the entertainment staff were innately lovely, cheerful and energetic. I loved this hotel and its location so much so we are returning in a few weeks time.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. My husband didn't like the food and said the breakfast was cold but the selection of food for breakfast was amazing and great value for money.
