Great hotel , amazing sea views for most rooms . Good selection of food , not always hot which could be improved . Nice gym facility, spa and pool area and a lovely stroll into town along the sea front if you fancy look around . The staff were professional and friendly and always on hand for drinks and snacks , we did go in low season though . There is only one bar in the evening with live music , so if you fancy a quiet drink you are a little bit stuck , the first time that I have really watched the entertainment and in all honesty it was quite good .

There is a lovely looking little Lebanese restaurant , unfortunately the food was atrocious , if the hotel can’t fix that ! then maybe turn it into a little piano bar .

Everything- the staff primarily, food, amenities and quality quality quality. Italian, Middle Eastern, buffet if you preferred a wide choice or the Canadian restaurant with its absolutely superb dinner ensemble. My favourite is the Reserve Pool bar and the wonderful staff there who made terrific cocktails and great lunches too with flair and good humour- thank you! Our friendly ambassador Anica was very helpful as was Veronica whom we saw previously in May (our second time in a year).

Are you kidding? Ok the lack of English tv stations is ridiculous- come on, I can get multiple channels on my computer so please sort this out Meliá hotels! There’s this thing called the internet…….

Such a beautiful hotel. Rooms were amazing. And the personnel very friendly and helpful.

The only disappointing aspect was that a majority of the food at the buffet wasn't labelled. My pregnant wife took a slice of cake only to discover that there was alcohol in it. A basic thing which can definitely be improved.

I asked for twin beds and after two days they separated them. Had a faulty fridge aswell but that got replaced

Great architectural building, recently refurbished. Very helpful staff, spacious and comfortable room. It even had a steam iron and coffee maker. Excellent choices at buffet breakfast. Recommend the lovely freshly cooked lunches - particularly the paella and fresh fish at the Malva restaurant. Live music everyday - often at breakfast and lunch. - with Jazz, popular opera or cabaret in the evening. Good events menu - including yoga, meditation, wine tasting etc

It is a shame that the beautiful pool was rather cold for swimming (admittedly it is December). Poor `main course` choices for the vegetarians at dinner.. Samira restaurant was not a good experience - poorly cooked and bland food (it is meant to be Middle Eastern).

Coffee from coffee machines in Malfa restaurant (breakfast) is very bad; fresh coffee from Ginger lobby bar is bit - not much - better. Food in the Samira, Capella and La Graciosa restaurants was good, but each time it felt we had to hurry, as the rate at which the courses were served was high. Each time we spent exactly only one hour in the restaurant.

The reserve junior suit had a jacuzzi and ocean view, The bed was very big, all amenities were confortable and well maintained All food served at their restaurants was amazing, fresh using local products! The all inclusive gives you access to bars serving amazing cocktails !

The pool was incredibly cold, apparently as its fresh water this meant it was cooler than your average unheated pool The pool looked like it could do with some TLC , cracking around the entrance We ate in one of the themed restaurants bur the food was awful, this put us off trying any further restaurants and we stuck to the buffet The cocktails at the pool bar were great but quite often only one man working the bar and if you get stuck behind people ordering a variety of cocktails you can be waiting a while! There was a slight smell of drains in the room and an over powering air freshner
