The breakfast was great! Staff were super friendly and accommodating! Bathrooms were really lovely with great toiletries:)

More transparency on pricing when in and around the hotel

Such a beautiful hotel, stunning sunsets from the swimming pool area, comfy bed, lovely breakfast, and friendly staff. I felt so relaxed and at home there, enjoying the walk around the pool and taking in the amazing view.

The communal balcony means you cannot keep the door to the balcony open, due to privacy (other people can potentially walk there and see inside your room - though it didn't really happen as the hotel is small and quiet). Additionally, besides the first day - the coffee capsules provided daily were of low quality, which I wouldn't expect from such a high-end hotel.

A truly stunning hotel, beautifully appointed and decorated with great style. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was superb; evening cocktails were fantastic.

The dinner menu was interesting and adventurous, but it could benefit from better structure — starters and main courses of the right size, matching sides for each dish etc. My recollection was the menu was the same for lunch and dinner, when it would have been nice to have a greater range throughout the day.

This place is fabulous. It just opened, so there were not many guests and everything was brand new. The staff is super friendly. The beds are super comfortable. The quality of the food in the restaurant is superb. The location has incredible views and is close to the main road to drive everywhere else on the island. Absolutely everything is taken care of in this beautiful gem of a hotel. Thanks again for having us,

The only thing is that the air-co in the volcano-facing rooms is not really an air-co but a floor cooling system. After raising the issue we were changed to a room with an airco. Everything was fabulous!

The staff and the stylishness. It was like coming home to stay with friends that have exceptional taste. Nice personal tour upon arrival. Great sommeliére, fantastic breakfast, impressive manrique-like pool, outdoor gym, terrace and pool surroundings with great views. The location is perfecrly central so you can reach every corner of the island in about 30 min by car.

The hotel opened about 2 months before our stay so it was a bit too quiet still which we think made it difficult for the restaurant to excel. But a few dishes we tried were heavily overpriced. Others were really good.

Superb historic house restoration on a farm site with outstanding views out to sea. A luxurious vibe with wonderful breakfast terrace and dinning room. Secluded areas to laze sun bathe and sheltered from the wind too.A very enjoyable peaceful stay. But with mountain walks nearby where the paragliding takes place.

Pool is a beautiful design but a little too cold to swim in for me . But very picturesque none the less.

Fantastic traditional house refurbished in a very fashionable way - very sophisticated decoration and marvelous terrace and splendid view. Excellent restaurant and breakfast

It requires a little bit of time to be up to speed (amenities etc.). Staff very nice and pleasant but lack sometimes seniority

Actually everything about the hotel: from the moment we arrived, we relaxed deeply. A beautiful hotel with beautiful staff. The breakfast is abundant, delicious, with unreal tranquility and perspectives to sea. The pool and gardens, a tonic. A perfect break!

Beautiful situation in the hills overlooking the sea. Well designed spaces and rooms. Nice food using local ingredients where possible. Super friendly staff.

The pool is heated but not covered so in the wind it gets cold overnight.
