The location is excellent. I didn't have breakfast . The sunbeds have all been replaced since was last stay which was a big improvement

Location, clean, comfortable

No soap to wash hands, no shower gel or hair products for to take a shower. Didn't see any washing up liquid or sponge to wash up cups etc.a small amount of these products would have been great. The apartment was noisy our room was at the back of the pub drunken monkey there were people drinking right outside our front door. Would have liked a room with a balcony with evening sun our room faced a road. But overall it was fine for a three day stay.

Beds comfy, very clean throughout. Staff polite, friendly and helpful. Location good for us. On site shop for convenience.

Pool area no shade so didn't use it. Pool bar was over priced.

Need umbrellas at pool. Some people need shade. Bedside lights badly needed..otherwise happy with everything.

Good location. Apartments basic but clean. Comfortable bed. I had a nice Seaview from my apartment.

No hairdryer which is a basic requirement . Towels for the pool had a €20 fee...which €10 was refunded at end of stay. Safes provided in rooms but again incurred a fee to use. No breakfast or restaurant just a snack bar at pool. Air-conditioning in apartments available at a fee. Remote control for TV available at a fee. So make sure to budget for all these hidden extras you may be unaware of before arrival.

Everything was in walking distance a good location to base yourself

No iron or hair dryer but can get over that, a little noisy at night if ypu didn't fancy a late night as bedroom back out on to strip

Nice staff,Nice bar with good food.Reasonably priced with happy hour and lunch offers.Nice pool with water jets that was sectioned off .Nice temperature. Good location not far from beach ,bars and restaurants. Apartment was cleaned twice in the week ,with towel change these days.Good facilities in the apartment. Sea and pool view.Good lift to all floors.Small shop with basics.Laundry and drying service available at a cost.24 hour reception.

No air con or poolside umbrellas.

Great location between oldtown and newtown so both were within walking distance. , 24 hour reception, clean towels every second day and sheets changed midweek. Lovely appartment with very good shower. Easy access to 2nd floor via stairs or lift. Friendly helpful staff. Nice pool bar with very good value...4 euro for sandwich and 3 euro for pint of beer.

Just a small thing. Location of balcony meant it was in the shade most of the time. I understand that this is unavoidable as the balcony for the appartment on the next floor is directly above.

Location is perfect, close to city centre, restaurants area and less than 5 minutes from the beach. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel was really cute with bar, swimming pool and other services such a local small shop and laundry/drier room. Fresh towels were provided, comfortable beds and overall really good quality for the money we spent.

Air drier usually it is provided in hotels but we had to borrow it from the concierge who said that they usually charge for air drier which I found a little bit odd however he gave it to us with no charge which was really kind from him, but still I don't understand this as air drier is a basic item which it's usually provided in all hotels. Also shower gel was not provided. The hotel accepts only cash such as for items from the shop while the bar accepts card. I think in 2025 they should be equipped to accept card payments for anything.

the location of this hotel is excellent if you want to stay in old town. it is situated across from the Craic N Ceol so down the street from the shopping centre. It was a very clean and spacious hotel. The swimming pool was lovely with massage jets the come on 3 times in the day..great if you have a bad back. we had lunch at the hotel which was nice..cant say anything bad about it.

the wifi was slow... i was trying to send some work emails and was very slow.
