Apartment was fantastic, we had a large balcony overlooking the pool, I feel it was one of the nicer ones on site, cleaned every day, walking distance to the main strip, close to shopping centre and supermarket, would highly recommend.

Staff were lovely, the cleaning ladies were so thorough and helpful Apartment was spotless, beds very comfy. Clean towels every day. Basic apartment but good value. Very well situated near shopping centre, bars etc.

Swimming pool area very small, people lying across our apartment entrance every day on sunbeds. Swimming pool way too deep for poor swimmers.or children and no umbrellas available. A shower beside pool would be a good idea, more hygienic for pool users. Bedroom very hot no ventilation, fan would be a bonus.

The appartment was lovely. The sea view was excellent. Clean towels every second day. Staff very friendly n helpful. New beds - fantastic 👏... Excellent stay, very central ...

Superbly clean and comfortable apartment with everything you need. Unlimited hot water makes a great change. Short walk to the beach and all facilities. Gated small complex so very secure. Housekeeping was top class and the reception staff were very helpful and cheerful. Plenty of street parking in quiet area.

The only negative was a mature noisy neighbour who didn't appear to know the meaning of quiet. Especially late at night and very early morning, shouting to the upper balcony residents. Not the Vista Mar's fault so we would still recommend and stay again 😊

apartments are in a great location for either to old or the new town of Puerto del Carmen. Very clean and all the staff were so friendly

I would love to go to these apartments again however the pool is very small, more like a plunge pool and also not at all safe if you have children as depth is 2100 metre

Very clean apartment, nice room servicing staff that called every day. Across the road is a Spar super market, 200m to the Biosfera shopping centre. 5-6 minutes walk to the beach, plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. This apartment was value for a family of 5, The pool is deep (about 8 feet) with no shallow end for those that like to keep a toe on the ground, the pool is unheated but we managed to go for a swim almost everyday in January

No cons for us

Nice decor - simple but pleasant Nice little pool although we only had a couple of swims as we went to the beach. It is a bit of a hill back to property but very close to the beach, strip of shops and restaurants. At the rear of the apartments the shopping centre and old town are a few minutes away.

It was quite hot in the apartments- obviously we are in Lanzarote- but a fan or air conditioning would have been so much better. although admittedly I didn’t ask reception. The mattresses on the single beds dipped in the centre so new mattresses are needed. The beds were made daily and we stayed for 7 nights and clean towels were provided once which I believe is enough.

The pool and appartment were very clean. The pool was very deep which suited us. Towels and tea towels changed often and beds made often too. Also no problem getting extra towels. Toilet rolls provided.

There was no air conditioning, there was only one wardrobe and one of the bedrooms was very tight for space.

Location perfect. Views fantastic. Apartment itself very spacious, and really clean, Towels and tea towels changed every other day, and apartment cleaned everyday.

Nothing. Everything was just perfect, you could not wish for more

We had a second floor room with a large balcony - with amazing views. The location was excellent - convenient for shops and restaurants. A short walk to a beautiful beach.
