We loved our apartment terrace room 128,as we could walk straight to the pool easily. Rooms next door to us were also location to pool. Superior apartments number 108 to 112 were also desirable . We have booked these apartments again for Friday 25th July to Friday 8th of August 2025. We wish to be accommodated in any room from 108 to112,as our first choice at a reasonable price, as we book regularly with Booking.com. Otherwise our room 128 would suit us. Brilliant laundry room, tidy little gym,pool table, snack bar and restaurant, lovely pools for small children and also for older children and adults. Plenty of sunbeds,supermarket on site was handy.A large supermarket and Lidl were only 10mins walk away. Apartments were only 10mins walk away from promenade downhill. Cleaned regularly. It has a lovely family type of complex about it,from children of all ages to Parents and Grandparents.

Having to pay for WiFi if required. The pool table was not level and in my opinion needs to be replaced with a new one and I would think two pool tables would be ideal, as people were often waiting long periods to get a game. Maybe some games other than bingo, to get adults ,teenagers and children to get involved in,thus giving the opportunity for everyone to make friends on holiday.

We loved club bitacora for our 3 nights stay! The appartment we where in had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool, lovely kitchen with cold fridge and 2 very comfy beds. The bathroom was lovely and the power shower great after a hot day! The air-conditioning was so nice after a day in the sun. 10 mins walk to the town centre strip . We had breakfast twice at bitacora and these were great! The staff were also super friendly and very helpfull. Pool was lovely and refreshing for a dip between sunbathing.

We loved our stay apart from one issue... the sun beds! We watched from our balcony at 9am sharp as people descended reserving almost all the beds with towels. We managed to get a couple later in the day around 11am and spent the day on these relaxing however the 4 beds next to us ( reserved with towels ) the people didn't come and use them until 3pm in the afternoon! Many many beds were reserved with towels for the day but hardly used. A policy needs to be put in place that staff removed towels every so often if beds aren't being used as it was very unfair on alot of guests who couldn't get a sunlounger! Other than this the resort was spot on and I would reccomend.

The complex has been recently refurbished and there's a fresh feel to rooms, bar and reception. All staff were professional and friendly. Great Central location, though the hill might be an issue for some. Great breakfast at a great price.

A shortage of sunbeds and umbrellas resulted in a bit of a queue some mornings to get the towels down. Bathroom towels weren't the best

Small but incredibly well run great facilities best bar and restaurant we have been to spotless and value for money

Possibly wi-fi facilities should be included 25 euros per device

Lovely property - very tranquil at night, well lit. Quiet area and short stroll to the main strip. Reception staff very friendly. The shop beside the apartments is perfect and was very handy for when we arrived and to grab a few fresh bits for lunch. Availed of one of the massage treatments which would 10/10 would recommend - but would be helpful to know in advance that they only accept cash for that service.

There was a disturbance with our neighbours on the Saturday, in the early hours of the morning - we called the number we had been provided with on check in - but we were told there is no night manager on the property and nothing they could do. They only mentioned they’d speak with our neighbours the next morning. Not very helpful after the fact and a little disconcerting that no one of authority was on site, esp on a Saturday night.

Good location and evening reception nice and friendly

One of our party cut hand on stairs in pool. They removed them for maintenance and the guy on reception rather rude telling me no fault and it was like being hit by a car when you didn’t see it coming . Blood on floor still the next day leading from pool to our room 223 other guests said stairs were not secure!! Had to take our child to pharmacy and paper stitches applied

Great location just a short walk to the strip and not too far to the old town. Pool was the warmest I’ve ever experienced in Lanzarote and plenty of sun beds. Apartment was a great size with the comfiest beds. The shower was great with good strong water pressure too.

They didn’t have a huge amount of umbrellas so unless you were up first thing you would rarely get one. The hotel stated they had a rule that beds couldn’t be held over a certain amount of time but this was never enforced so there were a lot of days where beds with umbrellas would be held all day and never actually used which was frustrating. There’s free wifi but it never worked in the bedroom for us and we only had a passcode to cover 2 devices. Definitely not a huge issue but worth mentioning.

Lovely apartment with plenty of space. Clean and well laid out. Snack bar was nice and reasonably priced and on site supermarket was handy as well as bigger supermarket a ten minute walk away. Quiet in the evenings due to being located a bit further out of the resort but still close enough to walk to bars and restaurants at the beach.

Usual rush from guests to reserve sunbeds around the pool using towels first thing in the morning which are then barely used.

Spacious, modern clean apartment , about 10 mins walk from the main strip and old town so central . Bus stop just down the road, Lidl for shopping less than 10mins walk. Fair prices in pool bar for drinks and we had breakfast there some days too which was nice Reception and bar staff very friendly and helpful Loved the large balcony area of our apartment also

Starting to get a rush for sunbeds on our visit as Easter hols . Area not open till after 9am so no very early morning reserving!

Location excellent. The apartment was clean, bright and well laid out. Lovely bed linen.

There was no washing up liquid, cleaning agents of any sort to facilitate simple, everyday tidying up. No hand soap in bathroom. These small items are usually available in such a lovely apartment.
