We had read the previous reviews of the apartment and therefore knew what to expect. The apartment was large with a double bed in the main bedroom, and two single beds as well as a sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen had a microwave and a full oven which is a big bonus as you usually only get a hob. The apartment was very clean and they changed the towels and cleaned the bathroom twice in our 10 day stay. The pool was lovely (although a little cold, but it was November) and we witnessed the cleaning lady scrub the whole pool surround while we were there. I guess the biggest plus for this property is the location; its a short walk down the hill to the main strip and beach.

The apartment could do with a good update as its very tired, however you get what you pay for and we were happy with it for the price. There was only one socket in the bedroom and it was hidden behind the bedside table so it was a couple of days before we found it. If I'm being really picky, there was no air conditioning, however we were given a very good fan which helped a bit

We spent 30 night here and so TV was a must a reasonable number of English speaking channels to amuse. The Wifi we give 6 out of 10. one evening it went, do not know why, so no TV, Five minutes to the beach longer up the quite steep hill, keep you fit. Pool clean, not heated and no steps only ladders to enter if you have mobility difficulty. It is quite deep about 5Ft. at shallow end. Apartments are large and clean. beds comfortable Towel and bedding change more than needed. Good sized bathrooms with window and bidet. Kitchen has all the usual things needed to produce meals and even an oven, good in self catering properties. All have a large balcony or terrace and all being south facing receive sun all day.

Sound proofing not wonderful.

Good location, good value, really nice apartment 👍.. the nearest other apartments are Tisalaya and La Tegala. . I have stayed in both of them in the last year and they are excellent. Isabel is right there with them both.

We had a very large apartment at the end of the block next to the road. Calle Cesar Manrique is a busy road as it is the main direct route from the beach to the highway and as such gets well used 24 hours a day. If you are a light sleeper it may bother you.

apartments are just a 5 minute walk from pdc strip. apartments are airy and spotless clean. there is no air conditioning for summer months but equipped with an electric cooling fan. complex was immaculate clean with staff around all day, there are roughly 14 apartments altogether and the ground floor apt are excellent for any one who don't like climbing a few steps.

I had no issues, you get what you pay for, modest and spotless clean.

Absolutely beautiful kept appartments, cud do with a we up date but appart from that is was nice nice pool for kids , beach dwn the street, onto the strip 😀 mine you lanzarote has got pricey , but Absolutely beautiful, I wud be bk in a heart ❤️

Everything there tacos ranchos which is a zoo confined to a water park , plenty of shows foing on , also country and western night in it amazing, well worth the money

The location was lovely. Quiet area but only a few mins walk from the main strip. There is also a small supermarket at the bottom of the apartments. The apartment was very spacious. And the beds are very comfy. (Maybe not the sofa beds) There are safety boxes in the apartments. Cristina, our host, was extremely helpful and very accommodating. Such a lovely person. Would definitely stay there again.

My only issue is the lack of sockets in the apartment. There are none in the bedrooms. One in the kitchen, one for the TV in the living room and one other one. But we requested an extension lead and were given one so that was good. Hairdryer etc available on request.

Host sent email with easy to follow check in instructions, helped advise and book trips. Lovely friendly people

Limited cooking untensils , 1 very large pot and 1 pan and oven out dated, However I didn’t request anything else I’m sure if I asked I would have been looked after as all other requests were happily managed

Location good . Staff super friendly. Supermarket downstairs. Small enough to be a friendly hotel . I will be returning.

Not much . Spotless accommodation. Spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Living room and kitchen great. The property is old and so is the bedding and curtains . If you can see by that you will have a fabulous holiday at a good price . Great value for money

Great location, 2 minutes walk down a short hill and your on the main strip with bars restaurants and the beach. Can't ask for more. Apartment itself was fine for our needs. Maybe a bit dated but comfortable and nice pool area. Quiet as well. Definitely will stay again. Special mention to cristina for looking after us especially sorting out later check out for us.

Location waa perfect, a short walk to main promenade and beach. Great hot shower and spacious balcony. Nice and helpful.lady at reception. Supermarket within a few minutes walk.

Apt is outdated and bathroom e.g. tiles etc past their best, however it is budget accommodation so met our expectations. The pool area is basic and not especially somewhere to sit/relax overlooked by a road.
