Hardly and children there, so lying around the pool and the pool bar was very relaxing, staff very friendly, always eager to help. Alex, who did morning and evening activities with the guests, was exceptional , he lifted everybody's spirits with his humour and energy. Room very clean and spacious ,comfortable beds , kitchen facilities, TV in living room , I couldn't complain about anything, I wouldn't recommend anybody with walking difficulties to visit Canary Islands, there are steps everywhere, but the try their best to accommodate everyone.

There was nothing I didn't like , Hotel bar closed at 11pm, then it's time to hit the strip till 3am .

Excellent location, staff very friendly. Nice room.

Too many steps. No lifts to upper floors, or even ramps for prams or cases. People were reserving sunbeds and parasols overnight and keeping same ones all week. On our last day the hotel finally announced that this wasn't allowed.

the place is 4 min from the main strip , and it’s very quiet at nite you can’t hear a thing a great nites sleep all the time , so handy only a short walk and your at the Main Street ,

I liked the atmosphere, although large and with many rooms, the hotel is quiet. The food is delicious and that also makes a difference. It has gluten-free and vegetarian options.

We was on the room and came 6 cockroaches in the bathroom, on Saturday nigth. We neddeded change the room.

Very clean, location is perfect

Staff were very unhelpful on our last day. On first day we arrived at 11pm so weren’t in time for any food - so on leaving day we asked if we could grab a small lunch and they wouldn’t allow it. It was how they dealt with - very rude and unhelpful. Left a mark on what was a fab stay otherwise.

It was quiet, clean, pleasant. Very helpful staff. Close to amenities and also the beach?

Didn't think there was much variety on the food options. Hot water for the showers was not always available at times it wasn't warm. There was no blind for the window in the shower room and this let light in to the bedroom and there was a window between the bedroom and bathroom.

Location, property generally clean throughout, room cleaning could have been more frequent. Reasonable food at good value

No available sun beds from early morning.

Was looked after and given apartment with sea view which was great.

The food for the half board wasn’t good. Very very poor quality. I had lunch once and didn’t return.

Location was great it was clean staff super friendly and Alex from the animation team was excellent he was such a lovely guy so friendly to all the guests and was great fun

Excellent location apartment was a touch small with a good few steps which wasn't to bad even for me with dodgy knees overall good place breakfast was very good lunch was very good but evening meal was not enjoyable

Evening meal not very good we ate out after a couple of Evening trying it also there's a night club bit noisy ac Ross Road but to be fair can hear it from bedroom
