Polite staff, amazing view from the balcony, very clean and big property, good food, drinks and cocktails can be better, the bar is next to the swimming pool, sitting and shades around the pool could be improved. Overall we enjoyed our stay with our 3-year-old kid. Food timing - breakfast 8 AM to 10 AM, lunch 13:00 to 15:00, Dinner 7 PM to 9 PM Bar timing - 10 AM to 11 PM Pool timing - Till 7 PM

Entertainment and live performances could be added, games and children's activities will be a great addition for the people like me who are on their holiday and would prefer sit at the hotel's bar and relax.

This is a cracking Budget Al Inclusive Hotel that ticks so many of the Right boxes. The food is not a big selection but what they provide is well cooked and plentiful. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The pool area is not massive but very clean and well maintained. Drinks are what you expect at any Spanish Al Inclusive. The big plus for me was there's no entertainment so you can just sit back and relax in the evening. The staff are so helpful and friendly and always smiling.

No Air con in the room but it wasn't no big deal, I just went and brought a cheap desktop fan that did the trick.

I thoroughly enjoyed the whole holiday experience in every way from the moment I arrived until I left. Everyone of the staff were very helpful and friendly. I am looking forward to staying with you again early next year. The food was lovely, there was a good choice of food each day. The pool and bar pool was beautiful and very enjoyable. Our room was cleaned every second day. I felt very welcome and very safe. As a woman I would feel very safe spending time at this location on my own. I noticed a lot of middle-aged single people enjoying themselves.

I would like to see a fan in the apartment as it was very warm even though I could leave the lovely sliding door open, a little fan would have been most welcome.

Excellent option for the money, great location, just a minute down to the beach, besides the beach is just perfect, gently sloping sandy, one of the best in the city I think. The room had a sea and pool view. we had a suit room with the kitchen well equepped ( we didnt use it) We had all inclusive and the food is excellent, everything is enough, the all-inclusive system works great, snacks at the bar between lunch and dinner, a lot of different soft drinks and alcohol, beer, wine, in general you will find everything you need during the day. Another thing that was a very pleasant surprise - our flight was after 7 pm, we were allowed to use all the benefits of the hotel and the all-inclusive system even after checking out of the room, although they are not obliged to do this. This is just a huge pleasant bonus, thanks to the staff, everyone is very welcoming and attentive.

The only thing is that there are not enough umbrellas. Keep in mind that there are no beach towels. I think everything else is great. You have to understand its not 5* hotel, but their 2* they present very well and provide great servise

Hotel was fab. Apartment was massive and a three minute walk down hill to the beach. Staff were amazing and work so hard for you.. Food was really good for what you paid. Would definitely return.

WiFi was almost non existent. Bedroom was boiling it was cooler on the balcony. It wasn't high season so managed ok.

Short walk to Beach shops, restaurants, bars, ATM, Banks, Chemists and GP. Lovely promenade to walk along. Staff at the Ereza Apartmentos Los Hibiscos were very friendly and work so hard everywhere was clean and tidy.

No air conditioning, however if you leave patio doors open and bedroom windows open you do get a fairly good breeze through the apartment. Kitchen didn't have any tea towel or cloth/scrub to wash and dry dishes.

Had a lovely stay Good clean apartments I was in 312 and Had fantastic view of pool and sea as I requested if I could have a high apartment as alike the balcony Area Had Sun all day, no problems, they said they would see what they could do and they smashed it for me I went all inclusive Breakfast was a good option Nice food Lunch Very good option Plenty of food Tea again very good. Also I asked if I could stop for an extra day in the same apartment, and they could offer me this as there was one space left and they let me have this at a charge, but that was ok because I needed to find somewhere for an extra day. Got the flight day wrong Will be stopping again in the Future can't wait

Pool area Very hard to get a sun bed For the first 3 days of the holiday, I couldn't get one and when I could, it was like 5 clock in the afternoon, not much time do sunbathe. Not having a separate room for shower facilities. When you have checked out and need to freshen up for flight, they said they normally do have a separate room.But because they are busy, they ve had to let this out as the Shower room facility is a apartment Surely they could build Shower units/ Facilities on Site to save problem in future.

Breakfast was great and lots of selection for lunch and dinner. Better than I expected for the price and from previous reviews. I was on the 4th floor so excellent views from the balcony.

Some people reserving the sun loungers all day but only using them for 1 hour.

Very friendly staff welcoming you as soon as you arrive! Check in so fast! Rooms large, modern and spotless! Whole place spotless with staff working all the time keeping things ticking over! Food was so nice and plenty of choice! Location amazing and so lucky to have sea view room!

It wasn't what I didn't like but just an observation.... only one person on most of day in bar! And had to serve and collect glasses and keep them washed! So unfair because not everyone was patient and staff got a lot of grief! So if more staff on things be more efficient
