nice functional value for money apartment located in centre of Puerto Del Carmen.

Unfortunately we had a bit of an invasion of cockroaches but the venue maintenance team arrived within an hour to rectify the problem

This was our second time at the property and it is very good value for money. There are plenty of sunbeds and I think the Management don't allow people to put towels on beds which is better for everyone. The bar area and games area is great. The cleaners are wonderful and its great to get fresh towels and have your bed made.

The dishclothes all stink. They all need to be thrown away and new ones bought. Any I was given smelt musty and as though they had been left in a washing machine for days. Damp smell so I used my hand towels from the bathroom instead.

Staff on reception couldn't be more helpful and friendly Cleaning staff are friendly and thorough Apartments are nice. They are doing them up but the older Apartments are fine Comfy beds Comfy couch Shower in room 5 an room 33 Pool bar is nice relaxing area. No real noise pollution so suited my elderly dad Staff in the pool bar are hardworking and provide a great service The Sangria is nice Breakfast was okay typical fry up The pool bar manager is friendly Jordy in the front bar is lovely he offers a great atmosphere in his pub Loads of sunbeds in March no issues getting an umbrella too.

My negatives are not really a big deal at all only our thoughts Slippy shower base, but we resolved it by putting a towel in the shower base, which fixed the issue. The pool was freezing even though it was 23 degrees and sunny The fan light in the bedroom is great and they could do with putting one in the sitting room as it gets stuffy. The person sleeping in the sitting room is on a pull out bed that was fine for 2 nights before their apartment was ready. I dont think 3/4 adults would tolerate sharing the apartment for any longer as they aren't terribly big apartments. Perfect for 2 adults. The apartments have a Comfy big couch. 33 and 5 are on the road opposite the reception, perfect for us but can have traffic noise..also not incredible private which didnt bother us.

Have stayed here before, stayed in number 30, obviously one of the refurbished apartments. Enjoyed having proper cooking facilities, did so one evening for family.

My apartment was so lovely, plenty of storage and oven, proper air con, it could have done with a full length mirror in bedroom, as if you are sharing you would have to go out to the kitchen, also one in the second bedroom, a tv in main bedroom would have been an nice , also some days some channels worked, next day didn’t.

Stayed here a few times over da years, Great place, close to everything, food good in pool bar, Had sea view apartment again which is lovely, taxi only €20 for 3 people from airport, Would defo recommend 😎

No air conditioning in living room very warm at night

Liked the location central to a wide variety of pubs, restaurants, and the beach. Short walk to old town The apartment was clean and basic...

Didn't like the hills we had to climb to and from apartments and everywhere, it seemed. Not a great, seaview, half abscured by building, noisy buses having great trouble driving through the narrow street outside our door, as cars parked on either side, aslo they constantly pulled up outside our apartment as it was a pickup point, no privacy on balcony,, The fridge didn't work properly, satellite TV consist of 4 English channels,

The location is fantastic and was made to feel very welcome by lovely receptionist. Apartments were clean and refurbished. Complex felt safe.

Sadly most nights we never had any hot water to shower. So only cold showers. There was also issues with having no water at all at points throughout our weeks stay. We understand this wasnt the hotels fault but it was a little annoying at times. We had to pay extra for the air conditioning. It would be good to have this included within the room price.

Staff so helpful , restaurant on site ideal, lovely staff, 3min walk to strip, would def stay again.

I didn't like that people queued up anytime from 7am til pool opened for sunbeds. That's not ideal on holiday having to wait approximately 2 hours at pool for chain to be lifted off by pool cleaner to get towels on beds. I'd rather skip it and head to beach and get a bed in afternoon . We had 2 apartments and we soon realised If we did something early morning we had no issues getting beds in afternoons.

We had a brilliant time in Jable Bermudas ! The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. she made us all feel very welcome when we arrived , she explained everything that we needed to know about the apartment, night security , the pool, the bar etc . Staff at the bar were very friendly too, the food and drinks available at the bar were very good and also very reasonably priced ! The apartments were spotless clean and had everything that we needed. Location is great, just a few mins walk to the main strip and beach and plenty of bars and restaurants. We have already booked to come back again !

Really friendly staff, lovely apartment not fancy but clean and all you need is there. Great having a private veranda to sit out on and the pool and facilities were excellent. Had a veggie breakfast one morning at the pool bar/cafe which was excellent value for money and super cocktails later in the day. Would definitely stay here again, excellent location for all restaurants etc so easy to navigate.
