The location of this property is excellent. 2 mins from the main strip but really quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful both reception and house keeping. The suite we stayed in was spacious and quiet with great outdoor space and private off street parking for one car. The kitchenette was adequately equipped with a kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a very well stocked Hiperdino supermarket a 3/4 minute walk away.

The shower in the bathroom was the worst designed walk in shower I have ever met! The water flowed away from the plug hole not towards it. It required an extra towel at the shower entrance just to soak up the water so it didn't flow all over the floor. Towels were changed daily so we were not left short of towels, it is just a waste of water and extra laundry for bad design.

Location was great, the overall resort was lovely, nice bright pool area, plenty of beds. We were in the delux room, which was very spacious with a lovely courtyard style outside area.

The delux suite whilst spacious with a huge comfortable fresh bed wasn’t quite delux, a new fridge is needed (broken shelf and internal freezer door which impacts the fridge) no coffee pods provided for the delux machine, no shampoos etc and the 2 flat screen TVs are great if you don’t need English tv (not an issue for us as we weren’t in much to watch) this is personal opinion to be fair but for what we paid and for a truly ‘delux’ experience you might expect these things to be provided. You will also need flip flops as the floors were very dusty.

the apartment is absolutely beautiful for the price. The living area was bright and spacious and includes everything you need in terms of a kitchenette. The bedroom was again very spacious and had possibly the biggest bed I’ve ever seen! it was extremely comfortable and the aircon kept the room cool in absence of windows. The bathroom had everything you need and more including a beautiful free standing bath and a closet/dressing area with full length mirror. Lastly, the outside space includes a table and chairs and 2 sun loungers and it was great to have your own sun trap right next to a fridge full of cold drinks in the living area.

not dislikes but suggestions. The shower leaks slightly at the end of the glass panel which can make the floor quite slippy. It would be great to have a gate at the end of the bridge closest to the apartment just to give the sunbathing area a little more privacy but that’s being very picky. The door from the living area to the bedroom has dropped slightly and needs a slight lift to close

Lanzarote is a lovely island, the more so due to the rental car we had.

I don't know because we were both very happy there with everything: accommodation, beach, sea, restaurants, bars, scenery, climate, people, etcetera, etcetera. A lovely relaxing period !

The location was perfect. A 2 minute walk to the strip but still quiet. Accommodation was fabulous and we had been left a bottle of wine and a bottle of water when we arrived which was a nice touch.

We reserved the suite and it was absolutely fabulous. Spotlessly clean and extremely spacious and well equipped. The outside area was lovely and private, perfect for relaxing on the sunbeds or sitting around the dining table.

There was nothing to dislike absolutely this property

Size of the apartment is fab...nice quiet corner of complex ..spacious terrace was a bonus..

Think area just infront of terrace is being altered which is fine but feel it could be concealed better when arriving at our terrace.

It was spotless, very spacious and is in a great location just off the beachfront.

The shower drain was blocking but the staff had it fixed once they were advised about it.

Staff in and out of the property at stupid hours through out the day and night

Apartment was lovely and very close to the beach

Outside our apartment could have been a little nicer but overall the grounds and area was nice
