The apartment was in a quiet and safe location a very short walk (10 mins or so) from the main strip with all the restaurants, bars and beaches. Shops were even closer by as well as a few smaller restaurants etc. The staff were sweet, kind and helpful. We didn't expect the apartment to be cleaned during our stay. A lot of apartments don't do this. We were provided new bins, new toilet paper and fresh towels every other day. Incredible service and all for a good price. Lovely pool also. Also round the corner from a bus stop which made it super easy to travel to other places e.g Costa Teguise or Arrecife. We also were picked up from a tour from this bus stop. Around a 2 minute walk - perfect!

Bus 161 from the airport direct to the property then 10 mms walk, to go the airport bus stop at 8 mms. perfect location. Paula at the reception , she's very lovely and chatty, All property's very clean. lot of space. Management email on a day to wish you a nice trip. Nice touch! Near the beach, shop restaurants.

I was in apartment 103, bedroom in back near the bin, a bit noisy with housekeeper using the bins very early in a morning and then with the bin collection, would have prefer an apartment on a 1st floor

Lovely complex ,great staff and very friendly and accommodating,super pool area and felt very secure for a solo traveller.Nice and quiet location with nice variety of grocery shops ,5 minute walk to beach and main strip. WiFi was brilliant. I arrived early my appartment was avaliable, brilliant!

To be fair I could not fault them ,the fridge was giving trouble but I choose to stay where I was,bar has a limited service but if you want a quiet complex this is a good plan .Lastly for a solo traveller I would love to see a few more English channels on the TV but if you are good on other languages the selection is very good.

Arrived early evening, receptionist was very polite and explained how to get to our room which was much nicer than what we expected, great place to stay overall. Especially the price and location.

The location was perfect, just far enough out of the way so not loud with bars etc. but walking distance to beach and easy access by car. Parking out front but of spaces are full there’s plenty of ok street parking. Was lovely to have the pool area, lovely pool and plenty of sun loungers. Apartments are slightly dated, but very well equipped and clean! Comfortable beds, hot shower, all you could need really! Lovely balcony.

By the end of the 5 days the edge of the poor was a bit green, think it needs to be cleaned a tad more frequently. Not a big deal just something I noticed. They have vending machines, pool tables and a reception but this is all locked up for several hours a day. Again not a huge issue as you can contact the host on WhatsApp. The gym is very dated. Not sure you’d want to use it really.

We have stayed here 8 times and coming back again later this year....The Staff are so caring and unbelievabley helpful. For a 1 key it's better than most 3 key accommodations that we've stayed at before in Lanzarote. The lovely friendly cleaner's are there every 2 days without fail, even on Christmas Day. A very quiet and relaxing place...can't wait to come back...👍

A bit of a trek walking up an incline which could be problem for the unstable or elderly.

The location is very good I thought, not too close yet not too far. The hosts were lovely, very friendly and helpful. €431 for a week in june for 2 adults and one child is fantastic value. An apartment complex down the road with only slightly better facilitates were charging €700+ which in my mind wasn't worth it. I would recommend here and I have priced to come back next may. We had some lovely neighbours, lots of older couples and it gave the complex a great atmosphere. Because all the terrace apartments have 2 sunbeds provided there wasn't a big scurry for beds at dawn which was a nice change.

The complex and rooms are dated but I expected that from the reviews I had read. The sofa bed is hard to sleep on so will pay for a bigger apartment next time. The games room closes early perhaps it stayed only later in July and August. Pool was deep with no shallow end bar baby pool.

It was so peaceful and relaxing, early mornings and early nights were made sooo possible here in Tisalaya, close to everything you need, prime location! Staff were amazing really can’t fault them, so helpful and accommodating. The whole place was so clean inside and out. Tisalaya never complained about anything, you are literally left to enjoy your holiday as you wish. Can get books, fans, water ice lollies etc from reception which was really convenient as we had started carrying lots of bottled water to the apartment from the shop before we realised !! 🥲 Everyone who seemed to stay here when we did were lovely lovely people we all felt like a big family by the time we went home, neighbours were great and helpful to have. Any room you are given will be a great spot as they all had a great view. Management was so kind and helpful, my partner pulled a muscle in his back and he was ever so helpful and got us an ambulance and checked up on him after , was so nice to feel like I wasn’t on my own with kids when he went to hospital as the staff checked in on me. He also was able to book taxis and advise us on anything we wanted to do during our holiday.

Entertainment room could do with some updating as my kids didn’t really find any fun in it (age 6+9) and the wifi isn’t so strong. I also think making it possible for a family of 4 to sleep in the same room would be more suitable as I feared a little on the first night with kids in another room from me.. but the cleaners helped push our beds together to make our bed bigger to try fit more of us in which was helpful.

Great appartments all the staff were very helpful and welcoming this was the 4th time I've stayed here apartment cleaned every other day with fresh towels etc great that you receive washing up liquid dish cloth etc and 2 bottles of water for your arrival as well as shampoo bodywash and soap - will definitely be back

Lovely apartment complex located at the top of a small incline. Very quiet & calm. Excellent value for the price we paid. We booked two apartments & were very kindly accommodated next door to each other. Table & chairs & sunbeds directly outside each ground floor apartment. Gorgeous pool area..plenty of sunbeds & parasols. As with much of Lanzarote, the pool is not heated. Apartments are basic but comfortable & spotlessly clean. Equipped with everything needed for self-catering except perhaps a sharp knife.

No air-conditioning but large window in bedroom which sufficed as temperatures not extreme. Pool not heated. It's located at the border of new town & Los Pocillios so a good walk to the port or restaurants at the port end of the strip.
