The rooms here were large and comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I had no problems with sleeping. Particularly liked the sofa - large and comfortable. The ceiling fans adequately cooled the rooms (stayed in Dec). The fridge/freezer was a good size for self catering holidays. Balcony was large and had 3 chairs and a reclining chair. Also had an airer on balcony which was useful. It was 2 cocktails for 10 euros at pool bar which is great. The location was perfect!! Right in the centre of the strip and just a little way up the hill. Lots of Irish bars close by, supermarkets and shops. Short walk to the beach and strip. Could not fault location (unless you have mobility problems - then there is a short slope up to hotel.) I was provided with washing up liquid andssponge and cloth.

At first I thought the bathroom was a bit run down looking, but was very clean. There were 2 pieces of soap provided but they were broken in to little pieces. There were no tea/coffee/milk sachets which would have been really useful. The bed just had a sheet on and it was quite cold through the night - a bed cover would have been good. There were thick blankets provided in wardrobe which we did use. All of the above did not spoil my stay in any way and I would highly recommend these apartments. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location - great room with a beautiful sea and pool view - lovely little pool bar with very friendly staff - maintenance team around keeping the area clean and tidy every day - lovely apartment with comfy beds an everything we needed - bonus parrots on balcony that we fed each day ! Loved it !!

The one bedroom apartment was comfortable and very clean . It was close to the strip There was a few good music bars near by . A supermarket was very close

- we were originally put in room 31B , downstairs , no view and with a noisy generator nearby - Using the back gate originally before our apt was changed - All around the facility could do with handrails for safety on hills / steps / doorway stairs and on hill entry to street from outside door. - A few nails sticking out on bedroom and bathroom doorframes . - TV did not get Sky news in room 46A but did in room 31B

Clean, basic apartment, just minutes from the main strip. The pool area was really good, considering the complex is only rated 2 stars. The pool bar was inexpensive and served a good selection of drinks, including cocktails, and a small food menu that came from the restaurant next door. Cleaning staff came almost every day with fresh towels and to give the apartment a quick clean.

The beds - 2 singles pushed together, which is standard, but they weren't the most comfortable.

I've stayed in 4 other apartments in Puerto del Carmen and this was easily the quietest and the cleanest

It's more a criticism of the clientele rather than the people of parque tropical but the sun bed addiction is a sight to behold. People standing around in groups talking loudly to each other at 7.50 in the morning waiting on the sunbeds getting unchained at 9.00 is insane.

Went for winter break in February. It was our 2nd visit to this hotel. Staff at hotel knew from my booking, it was my birthday. They had a birthday card & bottle of wine outside my door in the morning. Lovely touch. 😍 Great pool bar with lovely food. Restaurant at this property also & lovely menu.

My only small negative is pool water quite cold to really enjoy swimming. But this wouldn't stop me from returning here. Lovely apartments, great location 👌great staff.

A beautiful complex from the minute you walk into it, the apartment is spotless with everything you need and very comfortable beds, lovely an bright, the pool area is lovely an relaxed with a lovely pool bar an very friendly bar staff, our cleaning lady was fantastic an very pleasant and friendly. It was our first time here but we are going to book here again for our next trip to lanzarote it's a great location. I would highly recommend it to family and friends.

That there was a bath you had to step into to have a shower, but they are working on putting in walk in showers when we there but it doesn't interfere with ur holiday

Loved everything about these apartments, location was perfect everything nearby,supermarket across the road. There's also a pool bar/snacks lovely food which is from nicos restaurant fab staff! We had a room with a big balcony overlooking pool it was amazing, views of sea & mountains, staff here work very hard keeping clean etc plenty sunbeds & pools climatised were so refreshing.It was my hubby 50th birthday & they sent a lovely card & bottle of wine to our room was such a lovely surprise! Would 100% recommend cant wait to go back loved every minute 11days was absolutely fantastic thanks

This is our third time staying at the Parque Tropical and we enjoy our visit every time. The friendliness of all persons at reception, the cleaning, maintenance and pool bar staff. We enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this complex, as well as the location which is great, near to the beach, bars and restaurants. Highly recommend for a relaxing enjoyable holiday.

All staff are friendly and efficient, the apartments are super clean and have everything you need for a self catering break. Slightly bigger towels for showers would be the only thing that could be improved. Our lady that serviced the room Kimberley was fabulous

Not in the apartment complex but as soon as you left the apartment , the constant stopping by staff at Nico's restaurant trying to get you in each night, lunchtime. Put me off and would not go in there on principal
