The property was well-situated, and we found it very easily. The 161 bus from the airport stops virtually outside, with a large sign advertising the complex just above the main entrance. The main courtyard features a pool and reception. There are plenty of sun loungers for guests, and there’s even a small terrace just above reception, providing a bit more privacy away from the pool. Our room was a typical Mediterranean room with tiled floors, a small terrace outside, and modest but clean furnishings. The staff were very polite. Before arriving, they advised us that our keys could be collected from the small bar just outside the hotel entrance, which we did. We completed check-in the following morning. I would definitely come back here.

The only event that made our stay less enjoyable was around 3 am when I woke up to go to the bathroom. I was faced with a large roach, which I managed to get rid of. After that, I was able to get back to sleep. I can safely say that we never saw another roach in the apartment or anywhere on the complex, but it certainly gave me and my friend a fright!

Very good for a 2 star. Great location right on the strip and taxi rank/bus stop outside. Good size apartment. Excellent views in the Seaview rooms. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

The sofa in the apartment was a bit smelly. One of those fake leather ones. Our apartment was a Seaview but right at the back so lots of steps and the street behind was noisy and also where the local bins are so noisy with bin emptying till 2am. Rooms need a bit of maintenance.

Perfect central location on the strip very helpful staff and the same staff year after year so they get to know the frequent visitors which is lovely and very personal.

Wouldn’t be a place for someone with a mobility issue although there are no hills there is a lot of steps.

Would not recommend these apartments for anyone with children. No floaties or balls are allowed in the pool.

The rules for the pool are too much no balls I can understand but no floaties is too much they do no harm to anyone , we had family staying in another apartment but wanted to spend a few hours with us but we were told they had to leave, there should be signs up to say no floaties around the pool because ourselves and many others baught floaties but had to get rid of them which is a waste of money, the opening times in the morning is very late 11 o clock is to late it would be open even an hour earlier

We booked a studio and got a 1-bed on arrival, which was great! With a sea view. It was lovely to wake up and sit outside to enjoy the view. The location was great; it was near everything and across the beach. The swimming pool was good-sized and clean, and there were enough sunbeds when we were there. The room had a kitchenette, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, pans, everything you needed. It was clean and of a good size for me and my friend. The beds were comfortable. There is a line to hang your wet clothes in the balcony, just make sure you hang them with pegs as it gets windy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a bus in front of the property that can take you to Yaiza and Playa Blanca, and the airport bus stops there too. To go to the airport, you have to walk 10 minutes up a hill, though, to the same bus stop to go to Arrecife. We took a taxi to the airport, there were plenty at the doorstep and it was less than 20 quid. Lots of restaurants and bars. Big supermarket (Mercadona) is 15min walk.

Cleaning is every two days, but they just put more toilet paper and nothing else; they didn't clean the shower or sinks. It is ok if you stay a few days like us, but if you stay longer, it might bother you. There is a club next to the property, so it depends on where your apartment is, it can be very noisy. For us, the noise was mainly in the living room. We could hear something in the room, but it didn't bother us. We had single beds and one of them was blocking the wardrobe, so we didn't use it. It wasn't a problem for us anyway. Bathroom towels were quite small. And you need to buy your hand soap. Wi-Fi is not very stable.

Location was great. Right in the middle of the main strip, across the main road onto the beach promenade. Bus stop about 200yds to playa blanca ferry & Airport. Huge variety of shops & restaurants right on your doorstep. Not suitable if you have mobility issues as there are lots of steps, great sea views from back of complex ask for row F. Lovely sunny balcony. Pool area small, not enough sunbeds for the amount of apartments, pool is unheated and quite small. Reception not open 24hrs so any issues had to wait until staff available 9am -1pm, 5pm - 11pm. Rooms very clean, beds comfortable, good showers. A little pricey but location is excellent so thats why. Would recommend.

Lots of steps inside, but view was great. No lifts. Pool too small, and unheated also not enough sunbeds. Basic apartment, but adequate, clean & comfortable.Staff not available 24hrs so had to go to reception within hours specified for any issues/info.

Location is excellent directly on the strip.

Our sea view room was mainly obstructed by a large palm tree which was directly infront of our room - so it was a partial sea view. Lots of steps as was at the back of the blocks not front line.

Could not keep bikes on site. There are too many steps to bring them up, to store them in the apartment. Not suitable for persons with mobility issues.
