We had some issues (fridge did not work) with first room so we asked for another room. The hotel was fully booked. But after some tourist had left we received a new room. The room came with ocean view and mountaln view. It was terrific. Really boosted our holiday.

The whole concept in the hotel is based on brittish tourists. 95 % of the guests are from Great Britain. Drinking and eating and laying down all day everyday. Not the most enthusiastic or health conscious group of people

The staff on reception were particularly nice and friendly. All the staff spoke when they met you. The complex appears to be getting a make-over. Our couch was changed ( which needed to be done) for a lovely leather bed settee. There were plenty of sunbeds available. The pool was cool but fine once you were in. The breakfast was good, and there was plenty of variety. There was a kettle and coffee maker too. The beds are comfortable, and the aircon was a godsend . The area is quiet, and I would go back.

The kitchen( I use the term loosely) was not great and dated. I understand these apartments are being updated, but for the price, it is a letdown. If you're not cooking, it's OK. The apartments are about 10 minutes from the strip, and it's uphill coming back, not a terrible hill but a bit of a pull on warm days.

A great location just off the seafront, less than 10 minutes walk and you are in the heart of the seafront. Very clean and lovely staff.

The food is a little repetitive. Similar dishes every day. Also mostly the food was warm, not hot. By no means inedible, but it was commented on quite a lot by people around us. There was a microwave if you wanted to heat something up a bit.

Everything. Food was good and snacks all day by the pool. Great location 5 mins from the main strip.

It is up a hill but was fine for us. We had to ask for clean towels twice after 2 days both times but got them from reception so not really a big issue. The apartment was cleaned once which is fine we were there for 6 days but apartments could have done with a sweeping brush.

Staff where polite, friendly and worked really hard. Small and friendly hotel. Apartment was clean and tidy

Hotel needs a little work, sofas in apartments need updating and it was cold on an evening but no indoor bar just the pool bar. Entertainment was poor but they are trying to get it sorted. Food was OK but my husband loved it especially all the sea food!

Staff apartment ok but need upgrading only 2 cleans a week not good

No entertainment worth mentioning nowhere to sit around the ONE BAR just plastic uncomfortable chairs. Needs a decent restaurant for meals was like canteen plastic tables and chairs no tablecloths or mats

Location was good Apartment was large and clean throughout Water pressure in shower was excellent Food was ok but lukewarm rather than hot Although I was all inslusive there was sufficient cutlery, crockery and equipment to self cater

The entertainment wasn’t to my taste

Location was ideal. Nice quiet apartments for a big place. Breakfast was good, with a good variety. Balcony south facing was great for us. Staff helpful and nice.

Bathroom doors could be more private!

All staff were really friendly and efficient even the cleaners.we got a ground floor apartment as requested.pool area very nice for a relaxing holiday.

Only down side is no inside bar area for cooler evenings as it was december.

Rooms could be cleaned more often and internet very poor quality in fact most of time unable to use
