Separate pools, nice club lounge, mini bar, position near the beach, nice room

Didn’t bother with the entertainment that’s not our thing, but oh my god was it loud, I pity the poor people sitting in front seat area Considering it had a refurb only a few years ago when it was the hesperia, it’s looking a bit tired in some areas if you look close, and it’s supposed to be a 5 star

The food was amazing with lots of variety, and everything was nice and clean. They also had fun daily classes and events, so there was always something to do.

The staff wasn't very nice, and the service in the all-inclusive restaurants and bars was mediocre. At the bar, especially during busy times, I felt neglected, which ruined one of my nights.

Whenever possible, I book a room with a good view, which I appreciate a lot. So I booked a direct ocean view room. It indeed provided great views, overlooking the (infinity) pool area and the ocean. The breakfast was exceptionally rich with so many choices, and everything of good quality. All staff was very professional. The pools were super clean, as was the room. There is direct access to the beach promenade from the property. The airport bus stops nearby, and a connecting bus has a stop right in front of the hotel.

Something about the excellent breakfast which could be improved, is the coffee serving. One can not just get it oneself, unlike all other items, but it is served by waitors. The procedure was often quite slow, and rather than enjoying a relaxed breakfast, a lot of time had to be spent trying to get the attention of one of the waitors. It would have been so much faster, more easy, and much more relaxed, if the coffee would be self-service like everything else. The stress every morning to manage to get a coffee with the breakfast was the only issue that took away from an otherwise very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

Great location, friendly staff and really great attention to detail! If you book, I suggest you try to find a room that has their select tier included. The benefits you get from that are nice, and without that it might feel like half the hotel is off limits to you.

The rooms are quite noisy. We heard heard neighbors, closing doors and people walking in the hallway. If you are a light sleeper it might ruin your night. We asked for a different room, but were told they are all like that. So keep that in mind.

Loved the location of this hotel. Very easy to walk into Playa Blanca town or the Marina. Lovely infinity swimming pool( Preferred guests) . Rooms are large and well designed. Lovely fluffy towels and plenty of storage.

They play loud thumping music around the pools. Not really suitable for the Preferred areas where the average age was probably 60! Evening meal food was not the best. We were only B&B so only ate in the hotel one evening and weren’t impressed. Breakfast choice was good. Entertainment could be better in the evenings. Preferred restaurants had no atmosphere and tables very close together. Ok if you are outside. Also hated having to queue to get into the restaurant every morning.

I just wanted to share what an amazing experience my partner and I had during our first stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were thoroughly impressed by the fantastic location and the warm, attentive service. We were welcomed with a champagne. The hotel itself is beautifully presented with modern, tastefully decorated facilities throughout. The buffet was truly wonderful – it’s clear the food is prepared with genuine love and care. We were especially delighted by breakfast and the variety of dining options and the superb entertainment on offer. The pools were spotless and inviting, and the hammocks provided the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the atmosphere. The multiple pools cater well to all guests, creating a lively yet relaxing environment. We have enjoyed our 'Preferred Club' upgrade + FREE 1h SPA. Also, although the rooms are generally spacious, comfortable and the cleanliness is good enough. Overall, it was a lovely break and we can’t wait to return for another memorable visit!

The whole resort was absolutely beautiful, especially with the Christmas decorations. All the staff were amazing to us from the moment we checked in until we checked out. The rooms were cleaned each day whilst we had our breakfast which consisted of a wide range of options . There were a lot of options when it came to eating in the hotel.

We did feel like we were missing out a little not having booked the preferred club option. We couldn’t get into certain restaurants at certain times to enter a certain area of the hotel/pool.

The staff on Reception were very friendly and we were very warmly welcomed. The Room was well appointed and the bed was super comfy. The pillows were also very comfortable. The addition of an iron in the room would be handy.

Breakfast is a bit of a shambles. I waited 15 minutes in a queue for 2 fried eggs. For a five star hotel, I would expect a served breakfast.

Excellent hotel in Playa Blanca. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making for a truly relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. One of the best parts was the hotel's location—just a short walk from the beach and promenade which made it perfect for enjoying the walk along the shore. Overall, a great place to stay for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommended!

I was disappointed with the food in the à la carte restaurants. The dishes lacked flavor and didn’t meet my expectations, especially considering the hotel's overall standard. Fortunately, the buffet offered a better selection.

All the staff were excellent, attentive and built rapport, especially Kenny around the sea legs swim up bar, Manuel who welcomed us and Mohamed on reception who gave us great advice. The breakfast selection was very good( we were on B&B), great omelettes and real bacon It’s worth upgrading to the preferred club as you get additional benefits, adult only pool area, snacks at lunch and mini bar filled up daily. Location is excellent for rubicon marina which has some great restaurants and playa blanca centre. We would highly recommend it here We will be back!!
