The room was big and spacious and very clean, the hotel is very big and the common areas are wide and open, though it might be very windy, you don't feel it's busy, there are always chairs by the pool and you feel calm at all times. The hotel is new and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. There's a lovely small playground and kids pool next to each other and next to the main pool which is super comfortable! The location is the best. 5 minutes walk from playa Dorado (sandy beach), 2 minutes from the promenade and walking distance from many restaurants (Rubicon marina for example). Super wide and comfortable bed, nice balcony, lots of light! Highly recommended and would definitely like to stay again!

The breakfast buffet has big variety but the quality of food could be a lot better.

Very beautiful resort, the location is just perfect and close to the sea/beach. The food was great. The room was very clean with daily room service for a refresher. Went in December and missed the crowds, the weather was perfect. Couldnt have asked for a better stay.

There’s a bit of a language barrier with the staff but cant blame them - its a Spanish island. The lower gate leading to the beach/promanade was closed so had to walk around the resort to get there - 10min at the most.

Food was good, lots of choice and fresh produce. staff were lovely. Very clean hotel. Although the hotel is huge it is well laid out so wasn't overwhelmed by the size.

The spa was not open or any of the Al a carte restaurants. Would have liked some money back for loss of facilities

Beatiful new hotel

This hotel has not good service yet, but has a great potencial. Spa and fitness is not working yet. Personal poorly speaking english.

Good choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Rooms are lovely and clean. Location excellent near Marina and town.

Breakfast was crazy at times. Not enough staff to clear tables. Dinner was better. Also very windy around pool area. It seems to have been designed like a big wind tunnel. They are trying to fix umbrellas to ground but even then you can’t put them up. They need some permanent shade structures.

This is a great hotel its designed and well run to be 4 star and deliver as a resort. It does what is does very very well. Easy parking, great staff, fantastic room, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in years. The location is perfect with sea, restaurants, bars, etc

The resort is like a massive ode to capitalist greed and mass tourism, as nice as it is I was not a fan.

The hotel is clean, modern and stylish. It is kept meticulously clean by the amazing housekeeping and grounds staff. The staff on the front desk and around the hotel are fantastic, making the check in and check out processes so smooth. We got a glass of bubbles on arrival and when we checked out because we had a late flight we were able to use a complimentary room to shower before we left. Honestly blown away by the service considering the price point of this hotel! The property is conveniently located between the marina and the main strip of restaurants, I’d say the marina area has nicer things on offer. There are beautiful coastal walks on both sides of the hotel making it an ideal location. Would definitely stay here again if I returned to Lanzarote!

The food and drinks could have been better. The cocktails at the pool bar tasted watered down, however the cocktails at the bar near reception were a lot better. The breakfast buffet food was hit and miss, some was really nice but other bits not so much. In saying that there was a great variety of things to choose from making it great for lots of different people.

The Hotel is spotless and very modern, the rooms are amazing and very comfortable. The pool is massive and enjoyable to swim in. Location is good and within easy walking distance from Shops and bars.

The Staff were a bit of a let down mostly just seemed uninterested in providing a good friendly service, very few smiles and borderline rude on multiple occasions. Pool area umbrellas are screwed to the ground and immovable, they are badly placed which means they mostly provide shade to the surrounding rocks or other guests 4 beds along. The Champs Bar opens until 12am and it can get noisy when guests get drunk so getting a room away from this area is advised.

We enjoyed the food, the pools and the fact that is close to the beach. Very good located and you will fund all you need for your entry holiday, we only left the hotel twice. The kids activities and the entertainment is very nice and well manage, big thanks to Adriana from Kids Club and all the entertainment staff. Great gym and plenty of space (grass) round the hotel if you want to do an work out outside in nature ( like yoga) Food was good , not the same every night and plenty of options.

No table at breakfast or dinner time available, tables were left inclined or nu cutlery for you. To me they are short of staff or bad organisation. For dinner if you will come late like 8pm you will have to queue to enter the restaurant even though there were tables cleaned but no cutlery on them still the stuff was walking aroun and people were waiting and watching the empty table, the frustration you see on people face when such a bad management. The hotel is very well equipped but the staff at the restaurant can do better. The light in the toilet in our room had no suich but a sensor, at night will go on and wake up, we will find it hard to fall asleep after the light wakes me up.

Great facilities at the hotel with the pools particularly superb. Superb choice of food at both breakfast and dinner whilst the poolside bar had a very nice lunchtime buffet on offer. Room was spacious and comfortable and everywhere was immaculately clean.

The receptionist upon checkout whilst not being rude was quite stern. He never asked me how my stay was nor said thank you once. His manners were severely lacking and what made it frustrating was that he was the complete opposite with the couple before. I was also overlooked each evening by the waiters serving drinks and I had to leave my table to get both water and a glass of wine. Solo travellers often get this kind of treatment which is disappointing.
