The property was beautiful. Stayed at the royal level and liked all the amenities that we had access to.

I feel like there weren’t a lot of hot meal options for lunch and dinner in the all-inclusive package that I went for. Next time, I’ll be skipping this. The second thing I didn’t like was the weird sewage smell that comes from the shower sometimes during the day. Once you run the shower for a bit, this goes away but it was quite annoying and took away from the experience.

Location was perfectly placed for restaurants, bars, shops, walks, beach Breakfast was wonderful - buffet and a la carte. Even the coffee from a machine was good. Swimming pools were amazing - particularly the Royal Level infinity pool at the front. Lots going on - we stayed in Royal Level which suited us as we didn't really want constant entertainment.

Tea, coffee, milk, water not always replaced each day - we had to ask. Complimentary drinks in fridge never replaced Nasty sewerage smell in corridors and room much of the time. Had to open the doors to air the place (which shut off the air con)

Wow, it’s class. 4 days spent of pure luxury without the kids 😂. Ideally located with plenty to see and do. Playa Blanca our new favourite spot. Paid for the swim up room the water was Baltic. Next time I’d just go with a normal double. Area recently developed so plenty of shops & restaurants. We did b&b and breakfast was fab. Didn’t eat in any of the restaurants in the hotel but the place was spotless. We will be back

The check in just took way too long, waited nearly 25 mins. Only 1 girl on reception. Granted we were early and room wasn’t ready but only 1 on reception is not great. Got a phone call then to say our room was ready and had to wait another 20 minutes to get our room no. Other than that everything else was perfect

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I loved the location. It was an extremely clean hotel. Hose at the pool bar was amazing. I loved him. He works very hard. Always so friendly. The breakfast was amazing. There was lots of choice. You could also order from a separate menu too. I was staying half board in Royal Level. It's a beautiful hotel in a great location. I will be back for sure.

There's not much going on in the Royal Level area as entertainment. Only in the restaurant whilst eating. Maybe if there was something going on outside, even until 12 00.midnight. I am a solo traveller, and once you had your dinner, there was nothing happening unless you went over to the other part of the hotel. When I did go a couple of nights, it was very quiet.. Overall, though, it was a lovely hotel.

Gorgeous hotel in a lovely location next to Rubicon Marina. Breakfast and lunch were great, with a good choice of food. Dinner was ok but would have liked more choice Staff were very friendly but we felt the resort needed more staff. The RL area was lovely with a heated infinity pool

Bars were somewhat under staffed We thought that one visit to each of the other 2 restaurants should be included in the All Inclusive. We thought the RL pool bar should be open longer than 7pm. The area surrounding the pool bar is lovely and it would have been nice to sit there in the evening with a drink. Swim ups room were beautiful but the water was too cold

We liked practically everything. All Staff were very friendly and at the same time professional, even the gardeners said hello! Food was excelent buffet or Al la Carte, as you wished. Wine of good quality as were all drinks. The heated pool for Royal Level was great. However we can not say the larger pool was not fantastic also, it was. I have never seen such a big pool. Lots of entertainment there. Beautiful music to accommpany the evening meal and the Lounge also offered some very good musicians. We had a disabled bathroom and it was well appointed. This Hotel caters for the disabled at most levels. Unfortunatly the Spa was not good for disabled, pity. We will return.

The room cleaning was usually very late. We had to call to have out room cleaned at 5pm one day out of 4. This must be addressed as most Hotels have finished cleaning by 12 noon. we were out of our room by 9.30 every morning, so no excuse.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The beach and bars and restaurants are only a 10 minute walk from the resort. The resort has everything on site - bar, 4 restaurants, arcade room Room was cleaned everyday by our amazing cleaner Towels provided every day for the pool

The deluxe swim up pool is not heated. I think for the price we paid it should be. Other than this we had a perfect stay with Barcelo

Everything was perfect. Adult only infinity pool is lush, rooms/facilities are second to none, especially the swim up rooms. The food at the restaurant is as good as some of the most expensive restaurants on the island. Location can’t get any better and staff are lovely. Probably one of my best ever stays.

Im finding it very hard to find a criticism. Maybe breakfast could be served until a little later (11am instead of 10:30am)

breakfast and lunch were excellent,,dinner not to standard we would have expected, staff shortage and lack of knowlege/training was evident. pool bar area always short staffed and cocktails were very poor.

more trained staff required urgently if you want repeat buisness

The location was great. The room was a great size and well equipped. The pool was lovely food was good both at breakfast and in the evening.

The staff were friendly but in the restaurant not very well trained. They did not clear used plates until after people had left the table. They may also have been short staffed. More outside seating would have been appreciated.
