Beautiful, clean, spacious rooms and gorgeous view. Ample free parking, delicious breakfast and great service. Super relaxing stay in a quiet and secluded space and a perfect week of rejuvenation. Also a great location for access to beaches like Papagayo and Playa Blanca and 5 min drive to the ferry to Fuerteventura.

Not much in terms of nightlife or entertainment after 5pm. Didn’t bother us as we were there to relax and the marina is a short walk away if you want to have a drink etc.

We had a wonderful 7 night stay for our ‘mini moon’. We were even surprised with sparking wine and a balloon in our room which was such a nice gesture from the staff. There were always sun loungers available so there’s no need to rush down and reserve one in the morning. It’s very quiet around the pool with some light music coming from the bar area. We stayed in room 216 which was upstairs (there is a lift) and it had a fabulous sea view. The staff were lovely and were very efficient at breakfast where they served the hot drinks and any food you want off the menu (eggs Benedict, pancakes etc). There’s also a buffet available. Location wise it was perfect. A 10 minute walk along the promenade to the main area of Rubicon Marina with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Would highly recommend 7 Sensi pizzeria Napoletana and Mumbai Masala. There were enough restaurants there that we didn’t need to walk into Playa Blanca. There’s also a number of nice shops to look around and a big market on Wednesdays and Saturdays with loads of different stalls.

Only a couple of things could have been better. They only provide one beach towel each and they’re not big enough to cover the sun lounger so we had to ask for extra towels. The tea bags provided at breakfast were rubbish and split several times. Would be nice to offer a selection of teas. In general, the hotel and room were spotlessly clean, but the cleaner never cleaned our double sink in the bathroom and I didn’t understand why (even when I purposely moved all our toiletries out the way).

Beautiful location with a wonderful view of the castle and sea. The room was a nice size and the beds were quite comfortable. The air conditioning functioned really well. The main advantage was the peaceful tranquility, there was no noise or disturbance at all. Breakfast was exceptional, we looked forward to it every day and the staff were so efficient and friendly (especially Raoul). Lunch was also very enjoyable and reasonably priced. Can't say enough about the staff they were all amazing. Very close to the lovely marina for eating out.

The furniture or lack of it. For a hotel of this standard we were surprised at how basic it was. Only 2 drawers which got stuck all the time. The sofa was nice and big but very hard and only one cushion in the whole room. No wardrobe just a hanging rail with very few hangers. No wine glasses provided (we bought our own from HIpperdino and left them behind). Just a few small changes and it could be exceptional.

My wife Iwona and I had a truly wonderful stay at CalaLanzarote Suites Hotel – Adults Only. Everything was just perfect – peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. The atmosphere was calm and serene, ideal for a restful getaway. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with a wide and delicious selection. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you and praise goes to the waiters, Mr. Raul and Mr. Diego – their service was absolutely superior and made our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back! Mariusz

great location with easy access (5 min walk) to the local marina which had lots of very nice restaurants and bars. the room was perfect and our suite looked out directly onto the pool area. it had all amenities including a large and very good walk in shower and separate toilet. 2 steps down to a living area with a sofa and patio doors out onto the pool area with seating and table. lovely breakfast with a changing buffet of hot and cold items together with a range of hot food from the kitchen. great staff who served at breakfast and then helped out at the poolside bar. i don't think the hotel was very full when we went but it never felt busy. It gave us a lovely quiet 8 days relaxation which what we wanted.

We were a little disappointed that the hotel restaurant was not open for evening meals during our stay. due to island wide staff shortages we were told. it didn't worry us too much as we were planning to eat out most nights anyway but the option would have been nice. The spa area was underground and very uninviting. we didn't use it so cannot comment on the facilities. the tea and coffee facilities in the room consisted of 6 coffee pods, machine and a kettle. you were charged for anything else but you could get a tea bag at breakfast. nice but we thought a little tight for a 5 star hotel.

We liked pretty much everything, beautiful views, lovely room, friendly staff with Raul in particular standing out, always a sunbed available and lovely comfortable seating areas around the pool. Pool also lovely. No noise.

There was nothing we didn't like, though my husband would have appreciated a better range of equipment in the gym.

superb facilities.. everything spotless clean and daily cleaning was thorough. staff were very friendly and most helpful.

only issue was the gap in the screening glass on the the perimeter of Villa .. as it looked right on to public coastal path which was busy with footfall. spoiled our privacy as passers by could see directly into our pool and decking area .. also into the villa if patio doors were opened. if this could be closed off then would make such a difference.

Pristine, Calming, Elegant, Friendly, 360° views of absolute beauty. I can understand why there is a long list of returning guests. It's a hotel that's completely outside, makes the natural flow, the desert plants intertwined with the corridors and walkways paired with the white stone and large floor to roof windows makes you feel connected to the outside environment.

The Food menu was good but a little small. if you're really into your food you will be heading elsewhere for your meals. thankfully Rubicon Marina is a goldmine of. restaurants.

Nice and big pool, nice view and water beds. Free parking at the hotel and easy access to the rooms. Staff at breakfast and bar always friendly. It’s a very good 4 star establishment, not a 5 star.

Not enough umbrella’s at the sunbeds, so that shadow was not guaranteed. At checkout, not a word from the receptionist to ask if all was ok. At early leaving in the morning, there is not even a croissant or coffee to go offered to take away. Fitness not nice. No view, bad smell, and located in a not very inviting basement. Not a 5 star service at all. Too much details missing for that, throughout the day. Service at the pool is rather like self-service: go and get your drinks at the bar, and better put your cocktail glasses back also yourself to avoid them being smashed by the nice wind of Lanzarote :)

Wow a really pleasant stay at Cala Lanzarote! An amazingly cool pool with enough room to do lengths but also 20cm shelf allowing you to lie on the half submerged sun loungers. Excellent friendly staff. A chilled adult vibe without forced music or forced entertainment. An ambiance that makes you feel special while you are there. Our room 215 had a stunning view of Papagayo headland and was uncluttered and comfortable. Mary kept it beautifully clean and stocked with large bottles of water. The communal areas are all painted white and kept immaculately clean. You have to wear sunglasses while swimming because of all the reflected sunlight. Passing people stop and stare and take photographs of the pool area every few minutes. That's how nice it is! A great 3 day stay to end our holiday. Thank you to manager and all her staff.

The Spa is a bit of a let down. The high price of the hotel is just that little bit prohibitive for many budgets especially for a 7 or 10 night stay.
