This was our second stay in The Floresta and will not be our last. The rooms are so clean and airy. Edwardo on reception is very kind and patient. He greeted us on arrival and was so lovely. I became unwell while in the hotel and he acted fast helping my husband and getting a doctor to my room quickly. Joann is fantastic he is very inclusive with the children, and adults also! The bar staff are super friendly. To the blonde lady that made my Pinacolada, yum yum thank you. The breakfast staff, and staff behind the scenes work tirelessly to ensure guests are catered for. Marcos Bar across the road is really lovely and breakfast is gorgeous if you fancy a change from the hotel breakfast. Views from Marcos are stunning and the kids Purple princess mocktails were a big hit!!

Towels are being removed at 8/8.30am in the mornings. This should be done at approx 11am or noon I think. Or done again later in the morning or early afternoon. One day it was 4 hours before a family returned to their loungers next to us while they headed to the beach and left towels on 6 beds at the pool. They took over 2 umbrellas and I would have liked at least one for my children. I overheard the husband say at about 10am ''SHE has been around already, so lets go to the beach'' This was disappointing for sure.

A lovely hotel, majority of the staff were friendly. Food was gorgeous and lots of different choice. Pool was really nice but could have done with slightly better cleaning in the smaller one. Right next to a spar shop and some lovely bars and restaurants along the beach front.

The all inclusive part of the hotel could do with some work. The food is lovely but when I messaged to ask about the all inclusive drinks I had a message back to tell me "lots" of choice for drinks and cocktails. However, when we arrived, the majority of the drinks menu you had to pay extra for. For example, there were only about 4 cocktails you could have, other things such as aperol spritz was a €3.50 add on if you had an all inclusive band, which we thought was a bit unfair due to the all inclusive aspect of not expecting to really spend any money in the hotel.

Our room was situated in a tranquil section of the resort, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere away from the noisy main pool and bustling crowds of a family resort. The room was exceptionally clean, with every detail thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The plush bed and soft linens provided a restful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant offered an array of delicious options, from fresh fruit to hot breakfast items. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this resort to others seeking a comfortable and peaceful getaway.

The hotel was in a a nice quite location just off the promenade and beach. Perfect for walks in either direction. The Matagorda strip of shops and restaurants was straight out of the hotel to the left, or 15 mins walk to the right brought us to the puerto del carmen strip ( e6 in taxi). There was a taxi rank and bus stop right outside the door. The hotel was spotlessly clean and grounds well maintained with rooms being accesses from the outside we never felt like the rooms were on top of each other like at some hotels, they were well spaced out in our block, some of rooms had sea views. The hotel is divided into two sections each having their own big pool and baby pool with lifeguard, so if you wanted a quieter pool you could have some relaxing time away from the organised activites that were run during the day. There was an entertainer for kids 3-12 approx and for teenagers and adults 12+ which was a huge unexpected bonus for us when traveling in february. Our teenagers had an amazing time with Johan who made everyone feel so special and got everyone involved young and old. Johan was the hightlight of the stay along with the fabulous dining room staff and pool staff, too many to list :) There was kids club in the am from 10.30-1 approx for the smallies and shuffle board or kids water polo in the afternoon. There were several events every day for teenagers and adults, eg dart tournament at 10.30, water polo at 12.30 or aqua gym, and more events in the afternoon maybe basketball and mini golf/basketball/soccer in the afternoon. The evening also catered for kids with mini discos followed by live music/magic show/karaoke. We all had such fun as it wouldn't be our usual type of holiday. The clientee were mainly retired people or families so it was perfect, we felt very safe and relaxed. We also loved that it was only a 8 min/ e12 taxi ride to the airport.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at the hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful experience. Firstly, the location is fantastic. Situated just across the road from one of the widest and longest beaches in the area, Playa de los Pocillos, in a quiet area of Puerto del Carmen. The hotel's pool facilities were a highlight for both kids and adults. The diverse range of activities, including water polo (which I thoroughly enjoyed participating in with fellow guests), water gymnastics, mini golf, darts, and table tennis, kept us all entertained throughout our stay. It also provided a great opportunity to socialize with other guests, creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. I should also mention that our room was cleaned every day. Considering the overall positive experience, I am seriously contemplating a return visit—a significant statement, as I've never returned to the same hotel before. Kudos to the hotel and its staff for making our family vacation in Lanzarote truly memorable!

On the downside, the internet and WiFi at the hotel could use improvement; I found myself depending on my mobile network through roaming due to sluggish and intermittent connectivity, particularly in the evenings.

Pretty much everything, staff while often busy, be it reception or in the dining area were lovely. The room was great and well maintained, as was the pool area. Food, while fairly standard for buffet eating, was tasty and well cooked. The location was fantastic, though, with easy access to a wonderful beach and a strip of restaurants and shops.

We only really had one issue, which was travel. Getting to places from the hotel was easy, but getting back was much harder. As it was our first visit, we were unsure how best to navigate taxis and buses. Would have been great to have a number to call a taxi to pick us up. The hotel were not helpful with this either, not blaming them per say, but we had to get on with it. Might seem like a trivial issue, but when you are in an unfamilar and incredibly hot area with a child it was a bit frustrating.

The hotel and srounding were beautiful - as per pictures. Close to airport - taxi cc 12 Euro. Plenty of food choices. We had half board so we tried nearby restaurants for lunch, there were many and the food was excellent. We asked for a sea view apartment and they fulfilled our request - that was a lovely surprise! See - Picture included. The apartment has a kitchen but we didn't use it. Cleaning daily. WiFi connection excellent. We loved Mini golf - 2 Euro per person if you don't have all inclusive. Spar shop right in front of the hotel - good prices - cheaper than other local shops or supermarkets. There was also a Chinese shop where we purchased plastic shovels for kids to dig sand.

The pool water was colder than we would like :-) - end of April, beginning of May - heating is apparently only till Feb or March - some regular customers commented. There was a kids club - staff and activities were great but the first impression of the kids club building is not great - it was quite messy and some games were broken. Could be disappointing for some parents but I guess kids don't mind as much. Also there are no English kids channels on TV. The evening bar was too chaotic, we wanted a drink and people kept coming and getting drinks at random order, we have given up. There were 2 people serving and not many customers and still we had no service.

Great 3 Stars Hotel, Brilliant communication with the manager asking for 2 upper bedrooms we have exactly a 2-bedroom apartment with a nice view pool, close to a restaurant as well. The room was excellent clean and tidy Every day workers worked hard, changing the towels good job. The pool was a great size and heated during March lots of space and no problem with the sunbed, The Staff at reception always kept smile advice anytime. We had only breakfast but the classic What do you want big choice, Close to the hotel shopping Spar 100 yards to the Beach can't be closer easy to everywhere thank you Floresta.

Ideal location for our break, bus stop and taxi rank just outside. Near to bars, restaurants, beach and shops including a 'Spar' shop. The breakfast was reasonably priced with excellent variety and good quality. Room was cleaned daily. Enjoyed our stay, apart from the welcome!

On arrival, the receptionist firmly insisted on our passports even though we are Spanish residents with a full identity card and were still on Spanish soil. We didn't require passports to travel! In the end she accepted our cards, but not without a bit of healthy discussion. Quite how they manage with Spanish guests, we don't know. Perhaps there is a training issue here? The only issue with our accommodation was that the tiles in the bathroom had obviously been painted over, and that paint had peeled off in places. This was unsightly rather than a problem!

This hotel was excellent under every heading. Spotlessly clean hotel, great location, good food. Excellent staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation.
