Lovely room with pool view and balcony. Nice pool and heated (ish). A decent selection of mixed cuisine dishes and always something to try, the food was always hot and cooked. The location was nice and quiet with a very short stroll to Pocillos Beach and the promenade.

We would have preferred an option to take meals in an outdoor area rather than the single downstairs restaurant. The hotel doesn't stop guests 'reserving' sunbeds from an early hour.

Unfortunately the food choice was not very good.

Didn’t like the bar person on Siri in the evenings clearing tables and chairs on the same room during the entertainment Karaoke. People were queuing at the bar and that same person walked off to collect glasses. Strongly recommend this is improved urgently

Great location best of both worlds ten mins from airport 2 mins walk to matagorda and 5 mins to playa del carmen .Hotel was spotless and a great selection at breakfast.

No main light in room all lamps the pool also wasn't lit so couldn't get pics at night. The bar didn't have much selection of snacks.

lovely pool area, rooms and area quiet and peaceful. location close to the beach and a few shops. food good, particularly for meat eaters. best massage I’ve ever had in the wellness centre

not many staff around so sometimes had to wait at bar and reception for service. Bit of a strange smell in the bar area which was off putting. the gym isn’t great.

Food good variety especially the fresh cooked omelettes and pancakes in the morning they were awesome! help yourself drinks nice and easy, clean and staff were friendly.

Kept running out of wine at the bar and the cups were small and disposable, think of the planet and get reusable more sturdy cups. Snacks during the day weren’t good (only little biscuit things) music only on at pool sometimes and was very quiet

Staff were friendly & all multilingual. Food was excellent. Lovely comfortable beds. Rooms cleaned daily & towels every second day. Spa was lovely & Esther & Begonia gave the most wonderful massages.

Wi-Fi could have been better.

Great Staff, all super friendly. Entertainment really good. Wellness centre staff amazing, won a free massage from Bingo and then went back for another massage, really recommend.
