Ideal location for access to main family attractions, (RANCHO TEXAS) Zoo and country night easily accessible by taxi for about 5 euros.local bus service to PDC and Costa Teguise (children 3 and under are free,pushchairs stowed in luggage rack under bus. Approx 3 euros per ticket. Very good places to eat in the vicinity of the hotel ( Indian, Italian and Spanish. Great choice of other places to eat within 15 to 20 minutes walk either left or right. Swimming pool at hotel well maintained and never to busy lots of sunbeds if that is your thing also poolside bar for drinks etc, .Good quality breakfast lots of choices to cater for all tastes. An excellent for good value family accommodation (I booked 2x2 bedroom apartments and 1x1 bedroom apartment .

Breakfast is an unlimited buffet that includes croissants, cakes, bread, cold meats, cheese, eggs, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, yoghurt, cereals, fruit, salads, fruit juice, and coffee or tea. The terrace was very big and a nice place to sunbathe.

The speed of the separately paid internet was a bit slow. I didn't like that for the evening meal (which was included in the price we paid) no drinks are provided, not even tap water. You are not allowed to bring your own tap water to the restaurant. The only option is to buy the drinks from the bar.

Liked the pool. Quiet at night. Spar shop very near-very handy. Apartment spacious - this was an upgrade.

On arrival at midnight six half dead cockroaches welcomed us - ground floor apartment. Spoke to staff and requested different apartnent. Upgraded immediately to very spacious first floor pool view apartment. Happy with that.

From arrival we found the staff extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. This experience began from the person on reception, in the restaurant, the cleaning staff and at the poolside bar. A special mention has to be made for the lady who looked after the pool bar on most days. She was so friendly and happy that it made everybody feel welcome and this created a great atmosphere around the pool area. She was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble for her. The rooms were extremely spacious with huge balconies. Rooms being ready on arrival was a real bonus too so my thanks to all the staff for enabling that.

We struggled a small bit with the food, however that would be more down to us being very fussy when it comes to cuisine. The only other small issue was the lack of lifts and air conditioning but that did not adversely affect our stay in any way.

We really liked the location of the hotel. The hotel was close to the beach, and to the bus stop (which is well connected to the rest of the island). We got a quite large room with a see-view. In the room you have all the necessary things for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was solid and the dinner was delicious with plenty of choices The hotel staff was doing everything they could to help us with almost anything we asked. Good option is excursions that the hotel offers (Island Tours).

You can use free WiFi only in Hotel Lobby, if You want it in a room, you have to pay for it (15€/7 days). You dont get shower gel and shanpoo and also there is no hair dryer (you can ask for it at reception). Breakfast could have more options. During dinner, we have to pay for drinks (which are free for breakfast).

Great calm hotel. The room was spacious and with nice views of the beach. The bed was comfortable, shower had strong pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The pool was clean and calm, tasty smoothies at the bar. The restaurant staff is very friendly. The food was good and there was a good variety for dinner.

There was no variety of fresh fruit for breakfast. A few protein items offered for dinner were a bit dry. But overall these were minor things. The hotel is great for a holiday!

Perfect location, quiet and relaxed, near the beach and not far from some pubs and restaurants. Not the spot if you need to be in the middle of the nightlife scene. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the rooms were cleaned regularly. I've seen people comment that the apartments are dated which they are, but they are very clean, tidy and comfortable and very good value for money.

Great location, near to the beach.

Apartment underequipped for a self-catering apartment. Very few cooking utensils were provided, and the microwave would cut out after 30 minutes, presumably from overheating, and would restart after about another 30 minutes. The apartment is looking tired and could do with a refurbishment. The furnishings were uncomfortable to use for any length of time. The pilows on the bed were particularly bad, resulting in a neck and back ache most mornings.

I stay here a few times a year. The location is perfect, only 10 min bus or taxi from the airport. Close to the beach, many apartments have sea views. Supermarket on the doorstep as well as plenty of restaurants. It's around 20 minutes walk to the start of the strip in Puerto del Carmen, where there is much more going on, easily accessible by bus or taxi if you don't wish to walk. The apartments are spacious and clean, the beds are very comfortable. If you need anything the staff are very friendly and accommodating. In recent years the reception area and restaurant have been renovated and are very inviting. I noticed air conditioning is being added to some rooms, which will be a blessing in the height of summer. The pool is fabulous, with plenty of sun loungers and a perfect little pool bar for drinks and snacks. I stayed self catering this time but often book breakfast. There is plenty of choice and the food is replenished quickly and always hot. Even when fully booked, it never feels crowded. It would suit solo travelers, couples and families. There are ground floor rooms and several ramps in place for those with accessibility issues. I highly recommend 🙂
