Excellent facilities staff really helpful and friendly, the villa was very clean and modern and the service was brilliant.

All was OK, the only suggestion is to have a users manual in the villa, how to operate Jacuzzi, oven, local phone numbers etc

Had a 2 bed villa with own pool for 3 adults. Excellent pool and outside area. Lovely and private and quiet (first week of July). Appartment itself was very good - good cooking facilities and equipment. Suggest bringing own nespresso gusto pods as only a few provided (but the local Spar sold various flavours). Tea towel and dish scrubber and washing up liquid provided and a few dishwasher pods. Hand soap and shower gel provided as were plenty of towels for the pool and bathroom. Staff very helpful (especially when we couldn’t work out the aircon. Taxis arrived in a few mins if booked through Reception. Didn’t use rest of the complex as had own pool but the facilities looked good. Close to airport (maybe 15/20 Mins in a cab - cost €15). 5 mins walk to the beach. Depending on what sort of experience you want, turn left on the beach to walk 15/20 mins to Matagorda for quieter, and less (but still plenty) of bars and restaurants or right to PCD which is much more lively and full of Irish pubs, all day breakfast and karaoke. Beach just before the harbour at PCD was great. Recommend Emma’s Mexican in the Harbour as it had delicious fajitas.

Couldn’t get aircon to work but think that was us - staff really helpful in trying to get it sorted. The glass door on the toilet in the twin room could have done with a privacy shield! Otherwise all great.

I have been to the villas previously, they are very accommdating with a great standard of cleanliness.

The beds are hard, and the aircon wasn't the best. Extra bed pillows would have been beneficial also, as the ones provided were small and very thin. The drinks are also expensive, hence why at the entertainment at night the place is virtually empty. I was for 2 vodkas and coke €21 on the strip that would have easily been €10

Deluxe 3 bedroom villa (no 23 Villa Luna) was a perfect villa, great location and layout. The villa was exceptionally clean and the staff were attentive everyday tidying up and providing fresh linen and towels. We were a group of 6 girls and the villa had 3 bathrooms which was perfect. You can walk in Puerto Del Carmen town, although it’s a bit of a walk. We got taxis and they were about 5 Euros so not a bother.

Nothing. If I had to say a negative, a communal WC would have been ideal. There is also no oven but didn’t bother us, but might others.

Villa was clean and spacious, cleaners were there every second day and did a thorough clean as well as provide new towels, linens and toiletries each time. Villa also came with towels for the loungers. I found a lot of villas to have salt water in the private pools which wasn’t ideal with my daughters eczema but HPL are all chlorinated water so it’s the same as hotels larger pool. Pool was checked over a couple of times throughout our stay. Kitchen was well equipped for a short stay, air con throughout the property, decent wifi signal too. Liked having our own villa but being able to use all of the hotels facilities, particularly the Kids club which was brilliant, David was great! All staff we encountered actually were lovely. We had a couple of issues with our air con and locking our keys in the villa & the staff dealt with these very promptly, communicating through WhatsApp as well was really convenient for us. About a 15 minute walk into PDC, such a quiet and peaceful location, few bars and restaurants a little closer but we ventured further most times. Loved our stay at HPL, already looking at returning next year.

Honestly would really like to say nothing but the only minor gripe would be the lack of an oven purely because we bought pizzas to eat in on our first night before realising there wasn’t one.

The Villa was excellent, spotless clean, lots of space .. Pool was lovely and clean and warm. Facilities in the villa were great. We absolutely loved our stay, cleaned regularly, staff friendly and we ate one night in Hotel which was excellent.

I liked everything about this resort, we stayed in one of there private villas but I loved the fact you had your own pool but could still use the resort pool, kids park, mini club etc, the staff on reception were so friendly they knew it was my birthday and had a bottle of champagne waiting for my arrival, the cleaners were so so nice and it was always spotless, the food was gorgeous and very reasonably priced

it was a little further out than we thought but it was only 3/4 euro in a taxi and we always walked back in the evenings which took about 20 minutes or so but we didn’t mind

Hyde Park Lane Villas are the perfect option for a wonderful relaxing comfortable holiday. We have been here 8 times and already booked for next year. Highly recommend if you want relaxation in luxury

Good quality Villa and furnishing. Clean, modern & comfortable. Good location but quiet which was good. 24 hr service to resolve issues was decent with quick turnaround time.

Pool was too cold when it said heated. Pool wasn’t clean and had to buy products to clean. Not the best range of glasses. Products purchased were discarded after use. It would be better to leave these some future guests.
