excellent location - lovely quiet complex, our balcony overlooked the street but no issues with noise. staff were very helpful and friendly. we arrived late the 1st night and found the bed very hard however we asked reception the next morning for a Matress topper and they had it delivered within the hour along with softer pillows. couldn’t be more helpful

Matress was too hard however this may be personal preference and staff were very accommodating and approachable to help.

All staff very friendly - reception staff super helpful. Also lady who makes the omelettes at breakfast always has a smile on her face and it just starts your day off well. Apartment cleaned every day and cleaners are lovely too, air con fab, nice apartment space and good size. Shower easy to use. Pool area is nice and clean as well as a decent size and there were no sun bed wars (we got beds no matter what time of day we arrived) and the cabanas are good for shade! So many places to choose from to eat too (on the street outside) - yet the actual apartment area is so quiet you wouldn’t know how close you were to all the action - it’s perfect! Breakfast pretty varied - something for everyone. WiFi decent too.

Not the hotels fault however when sitting on our balcony there is a bit of a smell from the recycling units / skip on the road outside of the hotel - not on the hotel site (behind K block). Like I say not the hotels fault!

It was very clean and very relaxing. The breakfast had a variety and was excellent. Lovely Fresh white towels and pool side towels provided. Also a great restaurant with excellent food.

There wasn’t anything didn’t like about the hotel. But the only thing I would comment on is that the water comes out from under the shower door which makes the bathroom floor very slippery . It is very hard to see where all the water is as it is all white.

The reception area is absolutely beautiful. The grounds and amenities are exceptional. The pool and pool bar are fabulous and the restaurant for breakfast is just fantastic. In departure we were given a handwritten postcard thanking us for our stay. The attention to detail is much appreciated and really made us feel like valued guests.

I really love Barcarola Club and wouldn’t hesitate to return however the rooms could stand to be mordernised and the interior decoration freshened up.

Breakfast staff were magnificent and quality of breakfast was first class, place immaculately clean.

The beds were good quality but a little too firm for us,that is just personal taste. Could do with some English tv channels otherwise truly excellent. Would recommend it to anyone.

Staff were very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent, a great variety of food from 8.30 to 10.30am. No matter what time you arrived for breakfast there was still plenty of food . Kitchen, cleaning and reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Would definitely recommend it for both couples and families. Probably a little expensive but you really get what you pay for in this complex. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

No entertainment at night.l know it's near main strip, but as complex is so nice it would have been nice to chill out within the complex itself. Drinks at pool bar were very expensive, for basic lager.

Great and varied breakfast every date with lots of choice. Really like the bacon. Good sized swimming pool with plenty of space to swim. Smallish complex not overcrowded, with plenty of ground floor apartments. The staff were very polite. Would certainly rebook this complex if returning to Puerto Del Carmen as it is in a quieter area, but a short walk or taxi ride to the old town. Also towels and linen were changed regularly.

Absolutely nothing. This complex lived up to our expectations. We had no issues during our stay.

Great location, in the centre, but you wouldn’t think so as it was peaceful & quiet in the complex. Staff were all great, friendly & welcoming, especially the lady who was in the breakfast restaurant. Pool area was clean & spacious, our apartment was great, 2 good sized bedrooms, great bathroom with walk in shower & roomy living area with two balconies. The main living room had a kitchenette so was good to have use of a fridge. My husband & sons used the gym & were impressed with it. Also loved the trees & palms scattered around the grounds & the parakeets flying about.

My sons were disappointed that we couldn’t find the pool table. Maybe a little more choice at breakfast for the hot food, but other than that, everything was great.

Stayed here before. Love the facilities and the Location. Price has gone very high since our last stay. Wife and I, she 73 and I 71 are not breakfast people we would prefer just to have a cup of tea in the morning on our terrace. We extended our stay by five nights to a total of 13 nights. Breakfast for two for 13 days equates to 26 breakfasts. If we could save the cost of 26 breakfasts we could afford to stay longer. Breakfast to us is a nuisance as we would prefer to sleep on in the morning rather than have to be out for breakfast before 10.30am.
