Absolutely everything was great, spacious apartment with a big balcony, it had everything I needed, the staff and cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful. Christine and Javier were great hosts. There was no problem when I asked for a late check out and if I needed anything extra in the apartment, they always organised it for me straight away. Maybe furniture needs some upgrading, but everything was very comfortable. There was new kettle and toaster in the kitchen. Although I didn’t spend much time indoors, so the apartment and everything was enough for me and what I needed it for. The location was just perfect. I will come back for sure. I felt very welcomed. There was nothing to dislike about the property. It all depends on people’s expectations and preferences. I personally am a perfectionist when it comes to cleanliness, especially the bathroom and the kitchen, so I always do it myself again anyway, but that’s just my thing. Perhaps the shower and under the kitchen sink cabinet needs some attention. I can’t complain otherwise. I liked everything, especially considering the price. Loved the location. Beautiful. Location is excellent, right on the strip. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. Nice big apartment with nice big sofa bed.

Only 1 negative: Cleaners on check out day are very impatient. Got a knock on the door 30 mins before check out time shouting in the door "you ready for check out now", really shouting. We were ready to leave at exactly the check out time but instead of waiting for us to get out bags out the cleaner came in with all her equipment, ignoring us. That wouldn't put us off staying again though

great location and clear instructions for a late checkin from the management. we had a 2 bed apartment which was clean and had all the facilities. washing machine was near the reception but free to use and there was a coffee maker in the kitchen along with all necessary cookware and tableware. the apartment is stone throw away from the beaches and the strip with loads of shops, restaurants and bars is on doorstep. Pool is small but a good size albeit rather cold (we were there for Easter)

Our apartment was tired and dated and in need of an update but it would not stop me from stopping there again. Sheets/towels clean, bathroom clean but whole apartment in need of a deep clean in some areas. Pillow, under pillow case, not that clean.

Great location for the strip in Puerto del Carmen. Very close to bars and restaurants. Apartments well equipped although a bit dated. Apartments are clean. Reception is open 9am-3pm everyday and Christina who runs the Maribel is lovely. The staff on site are lovely and the apartments are cleaned regularly. Lovely quiet site with a small pool and a few sun beds. Great value for money compared to other apartments close by. It was our second time staying here.

I was traveling alone and wanted the whole apartment to myself — and I definitely don’t regret it! The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or requests. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect: the beach is just a 2-minute walk away, local food shops are only 3–5 minutes away, and there are restaurants nearby to suit every taste. I was so happy with my stay that I’ve already booked for my next trip!

We had stayed in Puerto Del Carmen for 16 nights in different accommodation. We had to check out of our villa at 10am and our flight wasn’t until the evening so we decided to book Apartamentos Maribel just for the day so we would have somewhere to store our luggage and have a shower before heading to the airport. (We didn’t intend to sleep there) I had requested as early a check in as possible. I was contacted on the day (I believe it was Javier) to ask what time our flight was the following day, I explained the above and that we were just booking to store luggage and shower before our flight. Javier said he would try to see if a room was available. Javier got back to me and explained they were busy that day and an apartment may not be available until later on in the afternoon. Javier said instead of waiting for that he could provide us somewhere to store our cases securely and provide us towels to use their private onsite shower. Javier said booking.com add take a % of the booking fee but he was happy to refund me the rest. We paid 80 euros for the room and they refunded me 60 euros. So technically we paid 20 euros for luggage storage and towels and a shower for 3 people. They didn’t have to do this. We were so impressed with this and really grateful for their kindness. Thank you so much, it really helped us out on our last day 🙂

Very close you stripe but still quiet . Cleaner was very helpful at check out and rang us a taxi to airport . Plenty of hangers in wardrobe

Booked a studio which was fine but it was a small double bed just used to 2 single beds on holiday wasn't much room. Room was a little dusty. Only stayed 4 nights so ate all meals out if longer would of liked more glasses and some bowls in kitchen just.

lovely little apartment complex I was in a studio ground floor facing the pool. room basic but had everything you needed pool area was quiet and peaceful very central based just off the strip but very quiet at night. If arriving late like I did. map where to find your apartment and where to find keys sent on day of arrival. lady in office very nice and accommodating keeping my luggage and ordering a taxi on departure Fab few days here

We loved everything about the Maribel apartments. The owner was extremely good to us as we arrived in the late evening. He gave us an apartment stating that it wasn't what we asked for but that he would make it right in the morning. He was true to his word and gave us a choice of two apartments both 2 bedroomed even though we had booked a 1 bedroom. Thank you Javier for your kindness. Cleaners exceptionally good and friendly. Right next to bars, restaurants, shops and the Music Hall Tavern. Will definitely book again.

There was nothing that we didn't like only that we had to go home after the week.
