Good location for all PDC amenities. Apartment adequate for the price. Swimming pool very good. Comfortable beds. Hiper Dino supermarket just outside.

Very shabby sun beds. Old and worn out. Not enough sun shades. Unless you claim one early on they are all gone by 9am. The 'spa' area beds are awful. The leather is dirty and cracked. Nobody used these all week.

Sun bed wars - it was impossible to get a bed especially at the main pool. They need to consider having 2 beds per apartment to stop the arguments

Late checkout is advertised for a fee, yet we couldn't get this, as we had a late flight, it would have been great to have the apartment but we couldn't and the apartment was still unoccupied when we left.. there could be more seating at the pool bar, very little seats..

We got takeaway pizza twice and chips, very tasty. Great location, 5 minutes from main strip and large supermarket next door

They should bring back the pool to the Plaza Amarilo apartment block, no one uses the splash pool and it would save the people staying in this block from having to trek down to the main pool and take part in the silly sun bed wars.

Very tidy and spacious apartment, with an amazing view from the terrace. You can see that most things in the apartment have been recently refurbished and that adds to the positive experience. Reception staff are very polite and helpful, thank you! Location is ideal, as it's less than a 5 minute walk to the bus station, beach, bars, restaurants and all entertainment.

Even though we highly appreciate the efforts of the cleaning staff, it was not pleasant to see that our personal stuff (including documents, money and toiletries) were touched, moved or displaced. Including, a completely turned upside down suitcase. I wouldn't say that this spoiled our trip (thus why we give a high score) but definitely something to improve and to keep a note.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very nice. Loved the pool and bar.

We always request a ground floor apartment. They will never confirm you can have this before arriving. I am always a bit anxious. Last thing I need is a problem when we arrive. I think they could improve their communication skills.

You won’t get much better than this , location and facilities v value for money! Would have to recommend.

Just one man , in his 50s I would think, at reception was a complete and utter imbecile. Thought first it was just catching him on a bad day, but no. Heard him arguing with loads of guests. Very rude. Anyone who stayed recently will know exactly who I am on about. The rest of the staff , lifeguards etc were absolutely lovely

Excellent location and clean, fairly modern apartments

Pool was freezing!! Very noisy neighbours above us causing disturbance at 3am Alarm sounding with faulty pump or something in the complex, again around 3am. 5 night stay and 2 with virtually no sleep, just bad luck I suppose

Location, cleanliness and staff.

We were in a room without a view. 3127. We were facing a white wall and we were facing the workmen’s depot at the back. Some mornings quite early there were men drilling etc.
