Good location for all PDC amenities. Apartment adequate for the price. Swimming pool very good. Comfortable beds. Hiper Dino supermarket just outside.

Very shabby sun beds. Old and worn out. Not enough sun shades. Unless you claim one early on they are all gone by 9am. The 'spa' area beds are awful. The leather is dirty and cracked. Nobody used these all week.

Few dirty plates left with marks on in cupboard food stains from last people ? Are they not Checked before

Late checkout is advertised for a fee, yet we couldn't get this, as we had a late flight, it would have been great to have the apartment but we couldn't and the apartment was still unoccupied when we left.. there could be more seating at the pool bar, very little seats..

Location was perfect walking distance to the beach and strip

Sun bed wars - it was impossible to get a bed especially at the main pool. They need to consider having 2 beds per apartment to stop the arguments

Very tidy and spacious apartment, with an amazing view from the terrace. You can see that most things in the apartment have been recently refurbished and that adds to the positive experience. Reception staff are very polite and helpful, thank you! Location is ideal, as it's less than a 5 minute walk to the bus station, beach, bars, restaurants and all entertainment.

Even though we highly appreciate the efforts of the cleaning staff, it was not pleasant to see that our personal stuff (including documents, money and toiletries) were touched, moved or displaced. Including, a completely turned upside down suitcase. I wouldn't say that this spoiled our trip (thus why we give a high score) but definitely something to improve and to keep a note.

You won’t get much better than this , location and facilities v value for money! Would have to recommend.

Just one man , in his 50s I would think, at reception was a complete and utter imbecile. Thought first it was just catching him on a bad day, but no. Heard him arguing with loads of guests. Very rude. Anyone who stayed recently will know exactly who I am on about. The rest of the staff , lifeguards etc were absolutely lovely

Have stayed here several times. Staff are friendly and the location is perfect.

Nothing to do with the hotel, plenty of sun beds however holiday makers seem to be obsessed with standing at the pool 30 mins before it opens to get as many beds and umbrellas as they can. Sit back and relax, there’s plenty to go around.

Second time staying here. It’s in a good location and good amenities nearby. Beds were comfortable and apartment, for a one bedroom, was really well sized. Affordability is really good for the room you get in return. Good views. I had two balconies, one overlooking the rear of the building and one overlooking the pool.

Only two things I didn’t like about my stay. The shower on 2/4 days I stayed was cold and wouldn’t get any hotter than room temperature. The cleaners, as nice as they are, come into your room between 8am - 10am. They do knock but if you’re tucked up in bed you’re not gonna hear them knock, and they come straight into your room. There’s no ‘Do Not Disturb’ signs either to prevent this.

Great location although there is a bit of a hill to get to it but a lot of apartments in Puerto Del Carmen are the same, there’s a big supermarket right beside it too. The apartments themselves are very spacious with loads of storage & everything you need for a self catering family holiday. Lovely pools, sun loungers available with not too much hassle and the life guards are very helpful, they’ll try to find you beds or parasols if they can. Food at the pool bar is nice too and reasonably priced. Our kids had a ball!

Our kids really wanted to go to the kids club but unfortunately the kids club is only available if you booked your holiday with TUI Holidays, the kids were disappointed that they couldn’t go to it because we didn’t book our holiday with TUI. Would be better if the kids club was available to all children staying at the hotel.

Staff were brilliant, spotlessly clean and fab pools

People putting towels on beds for the pool the night before and then not using them for hours or at all so no beds available for anyone else. This shouldn't be allowed
