Location and size of apartment

Shower going from cold to boiling hot a lot of the time ( having to move in and out, not good for a child). No washing up facilities provided. No breakfast bowls.

Location was excellent. Staff were very accommodating. Apartments are spacious and clean. The gardens and planting are well established and add to the complex; especially when sitting at your terraced area. The bar staff at the poolside and at the burger bar at the front entrance were attentive and sound.

The usual early morning towel/ sunbed wars at the pool side. This obviously is not unique to Labranda. The late pool cleaning did not help this matter. Pool cleaners came across frustrated and a bit unfriendly.One morning, a reception manager came and removed people's towels, stating the pool does not open until 10 am, which is consistent with the apartments policy. There is nothing wrong with this as long as it is consistent. The other 8 days of our stay this did not happen.Other than that, the pool side was very pleasant and relaxing. This was our first time staying here. We are a family of four, and all in all, we would book again.

The apartments were very spacious, towels and bed linen changed every 2nd day. Lifeguard on duty every day. Staff were all very friendly and the grounds around the apartments and pool area were cleaned thoroughly every morning. Spotless! The staff at the poolside bar were very friendly and the food/drinks were reasonably priced (burgers,baguettes,toasties,hotdogs, chicken nuggets etc) The access to the hiperdino at the poolside was a bonus! There is a small playground on site and a coin operated laundry service. I will definitely return in the future...the complex is also on the the bottom of the hill,which makes it easily accessible to the bars and restraunts if travelling with kids or for guests who have mobility issues.

Air con is only in the living room of the apartments however, we left the air con on in the evenings and it cooled down the bedroom closest to the living room. To have a sunbed around the pool area we had to be at the pool at 8.20am the latest to secure one - this wasn't a major issue but just a point to note. Always plenty of beds available in the garden area throughout the day.

Location perfect, couldnt ask for better. 2 bedroom apartment was large and spacious. Plenty of towels and cleaned every 2nd day which was ideal. Beds are pretty firm and we requested a second pillow each as the pillows were quite low and narrow. All staff were so lovely and no request was too big or too small. Grounds were so clean, hosed down every morning, plants are all gorgeous and well tended. Pool is really nice, great size, never felt too packed (except on one or 2 occassions).

- Decor in apartments is basic, really needs a couple more utensils to cook with. - Pool deck is very slippy - i know its constantly wet etc but the choice of tile doesnt help. Many people slipped and fell during our stay (inc. our own kids) but luckily no bad injuries. Definitely an expensive accident waiting to happen in my opinion!

The location was fab just opposite Grand Casino. The rooms were big and beds were good.Bathroom was a good size and plenty of towels.We were offered more towels etc if we needed..Kitchen area was basic but had all we needed as we didnt cook while we were there. Pool area was cleanes every morning.Opens at 10am until 6pm..people leave towels on beds for hours so be mindful of that.Nobody took them off even though policy was not to do this. We stayed in 138 and was just off the solarium.It had the sun in the morning which was nice.Aircon was a bonus also.They had a spare room for you to shower etc the day of travel which was great.

A few minor things like the gap under our door was big for little critters aka cockroaches to come into the rooms.We had two but didnt put me off..Our floor wasnt clean but think it was just missed before we came.washing up liquid would be great as ive seen other places use a soap dispenser for it which is a good idea.

I loved the location, round the corner from the strip, everything is on your doorstep. Very handy supermarket through glass door by pool. Heated pool was great too.

Last day there was a very noisy couple through the wall! Not the hotels fault. But it did let the stay down for us slightly

We had a great trip Christy cleaned our apt a lovely helpful lady.Pool fab all areas spotless.

Our flight was changed to later afew months before our holiday I emailed for an extra nt or afew extra hours in the apt we were willing to pay.I emailed afew times to no avail we had to wait until 8.30am on our departure day to get a final answer which was NO I couldn't understand the head of housekeeping didn't know this before then. The lady in reception was lovely we got an apt to shower n change before we left for the airport but we were floating for 5 hours. We've stayed twice don't know if there will be a third time.

The location was amazing. I have stayed in various hotels and apartments in Puerto del Carmen. This was by far the best location with plenty of restaurants, bars close by. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Access to hyperdino via steps next to the pool which was very convenient.

Sunlounger situation was similar to other places I have stayed where towels are put out really early in the morning or in some cases late in the evening. I don't mind that too much if there are plenty of beds however there were days where there seemed to be a shortage and what was most annoying was that sometimes people would leave beds unattended for hrs at a time maybe whilst shopping etc. I know this is hard to manage so I don't blame the employees for this.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, very spacious and close to the pool. Location is excellent, not on a hill and the main street is just outside.

There is a busy road at the back of the apartment we were staying in with restaurants/bar, there were early morning deliveries of kegs etc daily that were extremely loud from approx 6:30am making sleeping through this difficult as they were so loud even with the windows closed.
